Slow to collect the car and slow to return, despite following the instructions. No presence at the airport, it’s all done by phone. I didn’t know this and would be reluctant to book again due to this alone. On drop off we had to wait 20 mins for collection and on the return (which is not what you need after a long overnight flight), we had to wait nearly and hour between the first ‘I’ve just landed’ call and the actual drop off. The car was only 3 miles away (it was airtagged) and they had our eta and flight details so unsure why it took so line. We think there might have been some damage to the car but the drop off pictures weren’t as clear as they might have been and so therefore we can’t take it any further.

Very good service, just a couple of phone calls on the way down to Heathrow, and as you can imagine, had traffic on the M25 and was running around 35 minutes late. No problem at all for them, as soon as we got to terminal 3 they were there. Very polite, and we walked straight to the lift for departures. On the way back again, couple of phone calls and they were there as soon as we got out of the lift. Car was clean. No problems at all, they validated the ticket and we were on our way back, excellent service.

Always a quandary, when you hand your car over to an unknown person, but this worked well. The car was delivered back after a few minutes wait. The whole experience was not as unnerving as I imagined!

The drop off part of this could be improved. It was very difficult to identify who to hand over the car to. The name of the Company on the order was not the same as the name of the Company on the driver's jacket. We had to ask a number of drivers before we found the right one. Pick up was good.

Meet and greet worked well, communication was good, we were phoned on the way to confirm our eta. Airport parking can often be confusing with too many lanes/barriers to choose, but directions worked well and we arrived in the right bay. On collection we phoned when we landed, then again after luggage collection (which was delayed due to a missing item) car was there within 20 mins, so all good.

We have used FHR parking for many years at different airports and have always had excellent service Again we had very good service from your team both drivers on delivery and picking up our vehicle for meet and greet at Terminal 4 Heathrow airport. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the state of our car it was in a disgusting state looked like it had been in a ploughed field mud up to the wheel arches . We did comment to the driver and he said to feedback our concerns . On checking the weather there has not been very much rain when we were away so not sure how it got in this state .perhaps you can advise

Car was promptly taken from us when we arrived at LHR T3, having phoned 30 mins ahead. On our return to LHR we called when we landed as instructed and called again when we had collected our baggage. The car was waiting for us when we got to the collection point in the short stay car park. A very efficient service. Would recommend.

We were promised 20 minutes collection form our second call and it ended being half an hour late - we had to keep chasing, but 50 minutes from clearing customs is simply not acceptable and communication was poor.

quite disappointed when I arrived, as I nearly lost my flight. staff were not very helpful at all by the phone, and they didn't reply when I called them back plus very rude. I arrived 1 hour later than expected because of the lack of indications for directions etc... luckily, I had enough time to do the check in and the staff from the airline allowed me to do things quicker when arriving to the queue. no problems on my way back after landing.

ParkGiant has introduced some updates to its pricing and policies.
Please take note of the following changes:
- Extra Day Rate: Now £25 per day (previously £20).
- Early Returns: If a customer returns early after collecting their car, an additional £20 charge will apply.
- Overnight Charges: £40 for the first hour, plus £25 for each additional hour. This covers staffing costs.
- Large Vehicles: Additional charges apply for Long Wheel Base vehicles and those over 2m in height. Customers should email contact@parkgiant.co.uk to check availability and receive alternative instructions.

Customers are required to photograph their vehicle at the drop-off point in the short stay car park to support any claim for damage.

VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
For all terminals, to avoid additional short stay car park charges you must call on the number on your confirmation / the number on your confirmation when you are at least 30 mins away from Heathrow and you must be contactable on the mobile number you have provided on the booking. Park Giant will only pay for a maximum of 15 minutes parking on entry and exit. If there are any changes to the booked time, please keep the operator informed.

On arrival Customers are required to photograph their own vehicle at drop-off to support any claim. No responsibility is accepted for any personal items left in vehicles. Ensure you have removed your travel documents and all valuables from your vehicle. One EV charge per booking and to charge to a minimum 80% charge. Full charge is at request only, is subject to availability and additional costs will apply email contact@parkgiant.co.uk. Standard charging times, travel duration and sensors that are left on may limit and reduce charge. The company may not accept a vehicle with less than 15% charge on drop-off. Charging will take place close to return dates unless low on delivery; we may charge at the start of the parking period. Charge can reduce over the duration and prior to delivery. On your return, please call us twice on the number on your confirmation , first call as soon as you land and the second call as soon as you collect your luggage.
You must check your vehicle in full upon arrival and advise us of any concerns before moving from the parking bay. Damage claims will not be accepted if reported after leaving the parking bay. Sign the paperwork and collect your vehicle from the designated point. Entering the Heathrow Drop-Off areas (signposted) will incur additional fees that are payable directly to the airport.

Terminal 2 Meet - Postcode TW6 1EW. Height restriction for Short Stay 2 is 2.2m.
To avoid additional short stay car park charges, please call the number on your confirmation at least 30 minutes prior to reaching the airport and customers MUST be contactable on the number they have provided on the booking. The company will only pay for a maximum of 15 minutes parking. If there are any changes in any of the booked time (s) please keep the operator informed.
Follow signs for T2 Short Stay 2. Go through the main tunnel towards Terminals 2 & 3.
As you exit the tunnel, stay in the right-hand lane for T2 Short Stay.
Do not go to Drop-Off (upper ramp) as there are additional fees to enter this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
Head up the ramp, staying in the right-hand lane sign posted Short Stay Passenger Pick up and stay in the right-hand lane for Level 4 and use the barrier furthest to your right.
Take the barrier ticket to hand to the driver and enter the car park. Entering the car park on Level 4 follow the signs for Off Airport Parking and then park your vehicle in "Row B" where you will be met by a Chauffeur to collect your car.

Terminal 3 Meet - Postcode TW6 1QG. Height restriction for Short Stay is 2.2m.
To avoid additional short stay car park charges, please call the number on your confirmation at least 30 minutes prior to reaching the airport and customers MUST be contactable on the number they have provided on the booking. The company will only pay for a maximum of 15 minutes parking. If there are any changes in any of the booked time (s) please keep the operator informed.
Follow the signs for T3 Short Stay 3. Go through the main tunnel towards Terminals 2 & 3.
As you exit the tunnel, stay in the 2nd lane from the left for T3 Short Stay 3.
After the traffic lights, follow the lane all the way around and you'll then see the road open up to many lanes, stay to the right signposted Terminal 3 Short Stay 3.
Do not go to Drop-Off (lanes to the left of the car park entrance) as there are additional fees to enter this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
Enter the short stay car park. Take the barrier ticket to hand to the driver and drive up the ramp to Level 4 follow signs for Off-Airport Parking, then park your vehicle in ROW "A" where you will be met by a Chauffeur to collect your car.


Terminal 5 Meet - Post Code TW6 2GA. Height restriction for Short Stay is 2.2m.

Follow signs for T5 Short Stay. As you go up the ramp stay in the right-hand lane and you will see signs for Short Stay Passenger Pick Up.
Do not go to Drop-Off/ Valet Parking or Heathrow Meet & Greet as there are additional fees to enter these areas which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
Follow Passenger Pick Up Short Stay Car Rentals Returns T5 signs (this takes you to Level 4).
After the height restriction barrier stay in the left lane for Short Stay Level 4 and you'll then see a sign after this for Off-Airport Parking. Keep left and go straight ahead and take a ticket at the barrier to hand to the driver. and drive down the ramp to Level 2 following signs for Off-Airport Parking.
You'll enter the short stay car park on Level 4 at this point. Proceed to ROW R or S, where you will be met by a Chauffeur to collect your car.

Return Instructions
We are currently asking customers to call us TWICE; once when you have landed and once when you have all luggage; this allows us to monitor customer arrivals much more efficiently. Please notify us if there will be any delays as we will only cover the cost for a maximum of 15 minutes of parking in the short stay car park. If you are unsure of any of the directions, please speak to the duty controller on the day of your travel.

Terminal 2 return Instructions
Please head to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park and the collection point will be the Off-Airport parking areas at Rows A & B.

Terminal 3 Return Instructions
As you enter the arrivals hall, just before the exit door on the right-hand side take the lift to Level 4 Short Stay Car Park. Your vehicle will be delivered to ROWS A & B, look for Off-Airport Meet & Greet signage.

Terminal 5 Return Instructions
As you exit into the main arrivals hall, you'll need to head to your left and exit the building where you'll see lifts ahead of you. Take the lift up to Level 4 of the Short Stay Car Park and look for rows R or S and within designated Off-Airport Meet & Greet parking areas.
