Customers are required to photograph their vehicle at the drop-off point in the short stay car park to support any claim for damage.

ParkGiant has introduced some updates to its pricing and policies.
Please take note of the following changes:
- Extra Day Rate: Now £25 per day (previously £20).
- Early Returns: If a customer returns early after collecting their car, an additional £20 charge will apply.
- Overnight Charges: £40 for the first hour, plus £25 for each additional hour. This covers staffing costs.
- Large Vehicles: Additional charges apply for Long Wheel Base vehicles and those over 2m in height. Customers should email contact@parkgiant.co.uk to check availability and receive alternative instructions.

VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
For all terminals, to avoid additional short stay car park charges you must call on the number on your confirmation / the number on your confirmation when you are at least 30 mins away from Heathrow and you must be contactable on the mobile number you have provided on the booking. Park Giant will only pay for a maximum of 15 minutes parking on entry and exit. If there are any changes to the booked time, please keep the operator informed.

On arrival Customers are required to photograph their own vehicle at drop-off to support any claim. No responsibility is accepted for any personal items left in vehicles. Ensure you have removed your travel documents and all valuables from your vehicle.

The company may not accept a vehicle with less than 15% charge on drop-off. This product does not include EV Charging. Charge can reduce over the duration and prior to delivery. Customers to monitor own charge levels and advise if they would like to purchase any charging at an additional cost by contacting contact@parkgiant.co.uk. Full operator terms apply.

Hand over the vehicle and keys to our driver, sign the paperwork and head to the terminal. A fully insured chauffeur will drive your vehicle to our secure location for storage whilst you are away. Over height vehicles over 2.1m and vehicles over 5m in length will have additional costs and we must be informed of your vehicle height, please contact us for information.

Follow signs for T4. Drive up the ramp and follow signs for Passenger Pick Up Short Stay.
At the top of the ramp, you'll see the barriers and signs for Short Stay Car Park 4.
Do not go to Drop-Off (left lanes before car park entrance) or Heathrow Meet & Greet as there are additional fees which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow.
Use any of the 2 barriers to your right, take the barrier ticket to hand to the driver and drive down the ramp to Level 2 following signs for Off-Airport Parking.
Park in Rows E or F where a chauffeur will meet you.

Terminal 4 return Instructions
As you enter the arrival hall, Costa Coffee will be in front of you. Turn left and take the exit next to WH Smith. Cross the 3 lanes using the zebra crossing.Take the set of lifts to your left to level 2. The office will inform you of your vehicle and driver location.

London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.
