What else do I need to know?

Purple Parking Park and Ride cannot accept: Commercial vehicles of any variant. Medium paneled or windowed vans such as a VW Transporter, VW Caddy, Ford Transit or short wheel based vehicles of any description. Large paneled or windowed vans such as a Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter, Renault Master, Ford Transit or long wheel based vehicles Transfers are by minibus and run every 15-20, take 10-12 minutes, included in the price. Please arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your earliest recommended check-in time. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.

Dropping off was as easy as ever. Coming back, it took 25 minutes for the bus to arrive after phoning as soon as leaving the plane. Then when we got back to the parking, my car had to retrieved from the mass parking. So took over an hour from me phoning them to when I got in my car. Not impressed when there was no traffic to blame and this parking is nearer than it used to be.

all went well... remember to phone them when you land also there are about 7 companies you can book Purple Parking through, I was quoted £64.95 but the first company I tried wanted to add £1.95 booking fee, the next one I tried didn't! (sorry can't remember names) would use again if in Heathrow

Unfortunately we are unable to obtain a unique postcode for our car park; therefore you must enter BOTH the postcode and first line of address to arrive without delay. We are sorry to say that if you only enter the postcode there is a likelihood of you being directed to incorrect locations which are nowhere near our car park.

If you have a problem finding the car park, the car park is next to a Premier Inn hotel and the postcode for the hotel is TW6 2AB

This car park transfers to and from all terminals starting at 03.45.

Please note Purple Parking Park and Ride cannot accept:

Single or double cab pickup trucks such as Ford Ranger, Toyota Hilux or Nissan Navara
Medium panelled or windowed vans such as a VW Transporter, VW Caravelle, VW Caddy, Ford Transit, Mercedes Vito, Mercedes Viano or short wheel based vehicles of any description.
Large panelled or windowed vans such as a Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter, Renault Master, Ford Transit or long wheel based vehicles of any description.
Any variant of camper van.
Any vehicles with a height of over 2.15m.

Failure to comply to the above, you will be charged an additional £25 per day (subject to change)

Directions from the M25

Leave the M25 motorway at Junction 15 and follow the signposts for the M4 towards London.

Follow the M4 East towards Junction 3.

Leave the M4 motorway at Junction 3 and follow the A312 towards Hounslow / Feltham.

At the Jolly Waggoners roundabout turn right at the 3rd ext onto A4 Bath Road towards Heathrow.

After approx. 1 mile, Purple Parking Park & Ride will be on the left, next door to the Premier Inn Hotel.

On Arrival: When you arrive at the car park, a member of the Purple Parking team will direct you to the arrivals area to drop off your car. Go into reception to hand in your keys, then take the included shuttle bus to your terminal, which runs regularly and takes about 12 minutes. Buses run from 3.45am to 11.40pm . If you need to get to or from the car park outside these times you'll need to pay for a taxi.
