Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Head for the short stay car park, where a fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration. You will be sent the contact phone number in your booking confirmation. Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00 (subject to change).

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the free phone number provided to you.

What security measures does the car park have?

Safeguarded by key intruder system CCTV, security fencing and security dogs Twin Electric metal gate

What else do I need to know?

Daily overstay charge is £20.00 per day.

Very happy with service, was a bit apprehensive before booking after having read so many bad reviews from other providers. My flight was rescheduled for an earlier time so had to change my slot last minute for a small fee which was a relief. On landing I followed instructions, rang after getting my baggage and my car was there waiting which was amazing. Will no doubt be using the service and recommend to friends and family.

The parking was very convenient and hassle free. The only catch was that I was told I could collect the car till 11:00 pm incase there is a delay at border control but they rang me on time to say my parking has finished and will need to pay 20 pounds to driver if he need to wait as he is busy with other jobs. I ended up paying 20 pounds for 25 min which was disappointing. It would have been better to book till 11:00pm in the first place. The other things was, though my car was parked the ignition was on the whole time from when flight landed till my booked park time finished.

Excellent and on time but can I ask that yu tell your drivers NOT to meddle with radio controls . Last Friday had to drive home in dreadful conditions and I needed my local radio to advise on road blocked etc ... but your driver completely wiped out all saved radio stations which caused real confusion whilst I was driving . 2 years ago a driver used my cigarette lighter facilityto charge his phone ... i have no problems with this ....but when he left he took both the adaptor and cable .. I did t complain but now it needs to be said that they shouldn’t touch anything in the car bar steering gears and heater .

When coming to the Airport to drop your car, please read the instructions only for the relevant terminal. The following postcodes may not be accurate. Star Parking advise once you get to the airport to use signposts.

Outbound: Terminal 4 - Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 3XA

Your booking times are fixed. Therefore, timekeeping is essential. Anyone to arrive early or late must inform Star Parking and obtain permission to seek availability. Once you have already travelled out and your return changes, extra charges may apply.

You must call Star Parking 20 Minutes before the scheduled arrival time on the number on your confirmation (No text/voicemail) Anyone arriving early or late must call Star Parking and inform them to seek availability and obtain permission. Late fees may apply after the grace period of 45 minutes from the scheduled time.

Late fees and parking charges may apply for any late arrivals and arrivals without calling Star Parking or early arrivals due to booking with incorrect times. Please ensure your booking time is the vehicle drop-off time, not the flight departure time.

Any input errors (wrong arrival time, terminal or incorrect contact details) will result in company drivers being kept waiting or late arrivals by clients may result in an administration fee, payable to the driver.

Vehicle collection or flight delays occurring after 23:30 hours are subject to an additional fee of £20 per hour. All outstanding payments must be settled before the vehicle collection takes place.

Directions
Follow the signs for Terminal 4 Departures, as you approach the Terminal on the ramp, stay on your right-hand lane. Follow the signs to short stay passenger pick up. Drive down to level 2 zone F where the meet and greet points are. You will be approached by one of Star ParkingÂ’s Professional Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of Star Parking paperwork.

Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 3): Height limit: 2.2m (7ft 2in)

Terminal 4 Return - Call Star Parking on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your last bag from the belt.

Passengers will pick up their cars on level 2 of the Terminal 4 short stay car park. From arrivals exit, the terminal building using the exit next to WH Smith, cross the first four lanes, then turn left pass the payment machine then take the lift to the car park level 2.

We also track the return flight number you enter during the booking process. It is a vital piece of information to stay on track. Providing incorrect flight numbers can result in hours of delays for your vehicle return, although you have given Star Parking the correct return time.

You must ensure that before leaving the vehicle with the car parking company it is in a roadworthy condition, taxed and holds a current MOT if applicable.

London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.

If you need to pay the ULEZ charge, a daily charge runs from midnight to midnight, every day of the year (except for Christmas Day). That means that if you drive a non-compliant vehicle within the ULEZ area across two days, you will need to pay two daily charges.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you check your vehicle and that you have paid the ULEZ fee, penalties will apply so please check to be sure.
