You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Head for the short stay car park, where a fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration. Please call Star Parking 20 Minutes before the scheduled arrival time on the number on your confirmation (No text/voicemail). Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00 (subject to change).

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the free phone number provided to you.

What security measures does the car park have?

This service is NOT Suitable if you are travelling in and out of T4 - Important: Entry/Exit Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £7.50 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £7.50. Your booking times are fixed. Therefore, timekeeping is essential. Anyone to arrive early or late must inform Star Parking and obtain permission to seek availability. Only read the instructions only for the relevant terminal you are flying. The following postcodes may not be accurate. Star Parking strongly advise following the signs once you have entered the airport zone. Late fees and parking charges may apply for any late arrivals and arrivals without calling Star Parking or early arrivals due to booking with incorrect times. Please ensure your booking time is the vehicle drop-off time, not the flight departure time. Vehicle collection or flight delays after 23:30hrs are subject to a levy fee of £20 per hour to pay. All payments must be cleared before the collection of the vehicle. Terminal 2 Drop-off procedures Terminal 2 - Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1EW (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Once you have passed the main tunnel, follow signs for Terminal 2; stay in the right-hand lanes, then join the ramp. Stay on the right by following the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up. Once you are approaching the car park barriers, drive towards the one on your far right-hand lane, marked at barrier number 6. Take a ticket and enter the car park on Level 4. Follow the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and follow the one-way arrows to rows A and B, where our representative will meet you. Terminal 2 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Passengers must pick up their cars on level 4, Zone A or B, in the short-stay car park. Terminal 3 drop-off procedures Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1QG (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) During peak hours, the collection/drop off point may change due to long queues and to avoid extra waiting time, you can choose to meet on the forecourt. For forecourt collection/drop off a levy fee will be payable to Heathrow Airport Limited, payment can be made on the airports web site. Once you have exited the tunnel, stay on the left-hand lane and follow the signs for terminal 3 departures. As you drive past the Hilton Garden Hotel at the bend, remain on the right and follow the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up. Take a ticket at the barriers and follow up to level 4 on the spiral. Park your car at zone A/B where the meet and greet points are. (Towards the end of the car park). You will be met by one of our representatives. Terminal 3 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Passengers will pick up their cars on Level 4 of the Terminal 3 short-stay car park. Once you have come out from the arrivals, walk towards the café Nero and take the lift opposite and proceed to level 1 Then, walk across the bridge, and at the end of it, you will come to the pay station lobby Retake the lifts to level 4. We deliver vehicles at A or B at the car park. During peak hours, the collection/drop off point may change due to long queues and to avoid extra waiting time, you can choose to meet on the forecourt. For forecourt collection/drop off a levy fee will be payable to Heathrow Airport Limited, payment can be made on the airports web site. Outbound: Terminal 5 procedures Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 2GA (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Once you are at the main roundabout, drive straight towards the ramp Stay right at the "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up" sign. Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left, and follow the "Avis/Budget car" sign. First, you must go through the purple canopy before entering the car park. Then you will drive towards the car park barriers. Take a ticket and drive down to rows "R & S" You will be met by one of our representatives to collect your vehicle. Terminal 5 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Once you have entered the arrival hall, Walk towards the Café Nero (Red coloured pillar marked as South meeting point) Exit the arrival building. Take the lifts, then proceed to level 4 (Do not take the lift next to the café Nero) Important Note: Star Parking track the return flight number you enter during the booking process. It is a vital piece of information to stay on track. Providing incorrect flight numbers can result in hours of delays for your vehicle return, although you have given Star Parking the correct return time. Car Park Height restrictions: Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) You must ensure that before leaving the vehicle with the car parking company it is in a roadworthy condition, taxed and holds a current MOT if applicable. Star Parking will refuse to collect cars with tyres below 1.6mm tread. Cars are taken on approx. 20 miles round trip to the compound. All parking is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park - please see terms here https://starparking.co.uk/terms London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023. The daily charge for non-compliant vehicles is £12.50 for most vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles. Instructions easy to follow. I think it was only a 5 minute wait when we arrived for pick up of car on and on return car went passed us as we were walking to the pick up point, so not wait at all. I also changed details as realised it was a different terminal on our return flight when I was checking in the day before, all changed with no problems. Would use again.

Good service. Slight wait on arrival at Short Stay for driver but not bad. No external check of vehicle by pick-up driver and no recording of mileage which I was surprised at. Pick up on return was hassle free but again nothing much to sign to report car as OK.

Always a friendly and excellent service, and this occasion was no exception. The only wrinkle was that there were no spaces to park to hand over the car, and I had to go around 3 times. The whole situation was confusing and, had I been in a hurry, would have been very annoying and anxious. Maybe give your staff a branded jacket to wear so they are easily identifiable?

I had a very good first time experience. I was happy wtih the booking / confirmation process I made my call 20 minutes before I arrive at T5 I was welcomed with a friendly smile I actually left my passport at home so had to contact them to tet my car back so I could return home and collect it. I was back at the car park wtihin an hour and went through the whole process again. It cost me £20 cash which I gave to the attendant and was happy to do so. On my return I made my call and my car was delivered 20 minutes later. My vehicle was in the same condition as I left it. I would definitely use them again.

Really easy service to use. State what time you’d like to drop off your car. You’re met at the drop off point at the terminal. Someone checks over your car and takes photos then drives it off to a compound. You then phone them when you’ve collected your last piece of luggage on your return and they meet you in the same place and give you back your car.

Important Note: Once your car has arrived in the car park, you will get a 15 min window to collect your vehicle and leave the building without additional charges. On your return, your car will be delivered once you have made the clearance call. Any prevailing car park charges after this time will be your responsibility. Hence, you must only make the call when you are ready.

Hello, are there any fees at Terminal 5 for entering the drop-off zone (similar to Gatwick Airport)?The chauffeurs ask you to call them when you are 20 minutes from the airport. They have a 10 minute window to collect customers from this area. Beyond this extra charges may apply.
