You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Head for the short stay car park, where a fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration. Please call Star Parking 20 Minutes before the scheduled arrival time on the number on your confirmation (No text/voicemail). Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00 (subject to change).

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the free phone number provided to you.

What security measures does the car park have?

Star Parking strongly advise following the signs once you have entered the airport zone. Late fees and parking charges may apply for any late arrivals and arrivals without calling Star Parking or early arrivals due to booking with incorrect times. Terminal 2 Drop-off procedures Terminal 2 - Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1EW (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Once you have passed the main tunnel, follow signs for Terminal 2; stay in the right-hand lanes, then join the ramp. Stay on the right by following the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up. Once you are approaching the car park barriers, drive towards the one on your far right-hand lane, marked at barrier number 6. Take a ticket and enter the car park on Level 4. Follow the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and follow the one-way arrows to rows A and B, where our representative will meet you. Terminal 2 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Passengers must pick up their cars on level 4, Zone A or B, in the short-stay car park. Terminal 3 drop-off procedures Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1QG (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) During peak hours, the collection/drop off point may change due to long queues and to avoid extra waiting time, you can choose to meet on the forecourt. For forecourt collection/drop off a levy fee will be payable to Heathrow Airport Limited, payment can be made on the airports web site. Once you have exited the tunnel, stay on the left-hand lane and follow the signs for terminal 3 departures. As you drive past the Hilton Garden Hotel at the bend, remain on the right and follow the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up. Take a ticket at the barriers and follow up to level 4 on the spiral. Park your car at zone A/B where the meet and greet points are. (Towards the end of the car park). You will be met by one of our representatives. Terminal 3 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Passengers will pick up their cars on Level 4 of the Terminal 3 short-stay car park. Once you have come out from the arrivals, walk towards the café Nero and take the lift opposite and proceed to level 1 Then, walk across the bridge, and at the end of it, you will come to the pay station lobby Retake the lifts to level 4. We deliver vehicles at A or B at the car park. During peak hours, the collection/drop off point may change due to long queues and to avoid extra waiting time, you can choose to meet on the forecourt. For forecourt collection/drop off a levy fee will be payable to Heathrow Airport Limited, payment can be made on the airports web site. Outbound: Terminal 5 procedures Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 2GA (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Once you are at the main roundabout, drive straight towards the ramp Stay right at the "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up" sign. Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left, and follow the "Avis/Budget car" sign. First, you must go through the purple canopy before entering the car park. Then you will drive towards the car park barriers. Take a ticket and drive down to rows "R & S" You will be met by one of our representatives to collect your vehicle. Terminal 5 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Once you have entered the arrival hall, Walk towards the Café Nero (Red coloured pillar marked as South meeting point) Exit the arrival building. Take the lifts, then proceed to level 4 (Do not take the lift next to the café Nero) Important Note: Star Parking track the return flight number you enter during the booking process. It is a vital piece of information to stay on track. Providing incorrect flight numbers can result in hours of delays for your vehicle return, although you have given Star Parking the correct return time. Car Park Height restrictions: Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) You must ensure that before leaving the vehicle with the car parking company it is in a roadworthy condition, taxed and holds a current MOT if applicable. Star Parking will refuse to collect cars with tyres below 1.6mm tread. Cars are taken on approx. 20 miles round trip to the compound. I would have given 5 stars if the directions to the drop off point had been a little clearer. We followed the drop off instructions and parked. Then we saw another drop off area over the road and parked there. The Star Parking guy soon found us there, but we should have parked at the original place. Apart from that the service was excellent. The car was already there at the pickup point and both drivers, on drop off and pickup, were very polite and cheerful. I have no reservations about recommending Star Parking.

Very good service with prompt arrival of person to collect car and quick delivery after our trip. Collection and delivery was in drop off lane outside Terminal 3 which worked well. Staff very courteous and pleasant. Only negative was mud on car but weather had been wet and I assume carpark was muddy as a result. Small price to pay for good service and low price.

Amazing service, convenient as you just go to the short term car park and your car is collected. When you return you find your car in the short term car park. You have the advantage of parking locally in Heathrow (or this is where you drive to and from) and paying very low prices for it compared to the onsite Heathrow parking prices.

I chose this company after extensive research taking into account price, location and reviews. Everything worked like clockwork, drop off and pick up was very efficient and our car was returned to us unscathed. The operators were pleasant and chatty and made us feel confident that our car would be looked after. I would definitely use this service again and can thoroughly recommend it. Going forward, the one gripe I had was that as it was my first time flying from Heathrow the instructions for parking, while being thorough, were a little daunting. I believe that a map and even better, a you tube video to the parking location, would alleviate this.

Thank you for making the start and the end of our holiday stress free. Just not needing to worry about parking and being able to drop the car off and pick the car back up at T2 was so easy, it made things so much better for us in terms of just getting ourselves to the airport. t5 -didn't have to wait too long on deposit or collection and place for drop off only a couple of mins walk from T5. couldn't get a reply to the mobile number on arrival but had office number on me so managed to get through on that.

The staff / drivers were excellent - especially the gentleman who met us on arrival - he was so cheerful and polite. Communication was generally good but I was called a couple times before we arrived (as we were delayed) but no message was left on voicemai. Had it have been I would have called back. The only thing that perhaps should have been improved was that the copious amount of leaves in and over the car (+ leaf stains on the roof) could have been removed /cleaned off before the car was returned?

Very courteous service and meet & greet staff were friendly and professional. We arrived for our outward trip about 20mins earlier than booked and they accommodated us so we didn't have to wait around. Our return flight was delayed and we landed over 2 hours late right at the start of peak traffic time. Heathrow was chaotic as the majority of flights were delayed or cancelled due to adverse weather. Again, Star Parking worked around this and brought our vehicle to us only a few minutes later than promised with a smile and an apology for the traffic delay. Great service.

Hello, are there any fees at Terminal 5 for entering the drop-off zone (similar to Gatwick Airport)?The chauffeurs ask you to call them when you are 20 minutes from the airport. They have a 10 minute window to collect customers from this area. Beyond this extra charges may apply.
