You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Head for the short stay car park, where a fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration. Please call Star Parking 20 Minutes before the scheduled arrival time on the number on your confirmation (No text/voicemail). Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00 (subject to change).What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you are approaching the car park barriers, drive towards the one on your far right-hand lane, marked at barrier number 6. Take a ticket and enter the car park on Level 4. Follow the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and follow the one-way arrows to rows A and B, where our representative will meet you. Terminal 2 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Passengers must pick up their cars on level 4, Zone A or B, in the short-stay car park. Terminal 3 drop-off procedures Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1QG (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) During peak hours, the collection/drop off point may change due to long queues and to avoid extra waiting time, you can choose to meet on the forecourt. For forecourt collection/drop off a levy fee will be payable to Heathrow Airport Limited, payment can be made on the airports web site. Once you have exited the tunnel, stay on the left-hand lane and follow the signs for terminal 3 departures. As you drive past the Hilton Garden Hotel at the bend, remain on the right and follow the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up. Take a ticket at the barriers and follow up to level 4 on the spiral. Park your car at zone A/B where the meet and greet points are. (Towards the end of the car park). You will be met by one of our representatives. Terminal 3 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Passengers will pick up their cars on Level 4 of the Terminal 3 short-stay car park. Once you have come out from the arrivals, walk towards the café Nero and take the lift opposite and proceed to level 1 Then, walk across the bridge, and at the end of it, you will come to the pay station lobby Retake the lifts to level 4. We deliver vehicles at A or B at the car park. During peak hours, the collection/drop off point may change due to long queues and to avoid extra waiting time, you can choose to meet on the forecourt. For forecourt collection/drop off a levy fee will be payable to Heathrow Airport Limited, payment can be made on the airports web site. Outbound: Terminal 5 procedures Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 2GA (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Once you are at the main roundabout, drive straight towards the ramp Stay right at the "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up" sign. Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left, and follow the "Avis/Budget car" sign. First, you must go through the purple canopy before entering the car park. Then you will drive towards the car park barriers. Take a ticket and drive down to rows "R & S" You will be met by one of our representatives to collect your vehicle. Terminal 5 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Once you have entered the arrival hall, Walk towards the Café Nero (Red coloured pillar marked as South meeting point) Exit the arrival building. Take the lifts, then proceed to level 4 (Do not take the lift next to the café Nero) Important Note: Star Parking track the return flight number you enter during the booking process. It is a vital piece of information to stay on track. Providing incorrect flight numbers can result in hours of delays for your vehicle return, although you have given Star Parking the correct return time. Car Park Height restrictions: Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) You must ensure that before leaving the vehicle with the car parking company it is in a roadworthy condition, taxed and holds a current MOT if applicable. Good service; collected and returned car punctually with only a 5 minute wait each way. Only 6.5 miles added on car mileage for parking and return. One minor niggle was the fact there was a lot of sap on the car - obviously parked under a tree somewhere!

Prompt, clear and informative. Cheapest option by far and service was faultless. Staff were polite, friendly and professional. Nice that a company uses common sense rather than pointless bureaucracy, e.g. when we landed, they suggested using the same location as drop off rather than using the 'Short Stay' carpark as it made it easier for all parties - makes sense! Booked the parking online at a very competitive price. Received an email with instructions on what to do on departure day from Heathrow T5. Called the number provided half an hour before arriving at Heathrow. On arrival, the guy was there to collect my car a few minutes after (as were slightly early). On arrival back at T5 from NYC, I called the provided number after we'd collected our bags and the car was returned to me around 1 minute after getting to the car park. Great service and thank you for taking the inconveniece of car parking out of our holiday. We'll definitely use the company again for our next holiday.

I wasn't sure that this would be the parking option for us as it was the cheapest, but it all went very well. Despite me forgetting to ring ahead as we were arriving at Heathrow Airport terminal 5, 25 minutes late due to heavy traffic, at the start of our holiday, but the driver rang me and it was a smooth handover - after a wait of about 15 minutes, as promised. On our return, I called the number again after we had collected our luggage from the carousel as requested, and our car was delivered back to us, again after 15 minutes wait at 11pm, as promised. The drivers were efficient and polite and I would definitely book this service again. it was cheaper than its rivals and there were no problems at all.

Drop off and pricing were both very good. However pick up was a nightmare. Firstly it took a long time for the reception to pick up my call. Secondly it took over half an hour to mert the driver, despite being told ten minutes. Thirdly, after calling specifically to confirm the driver was on his way and that I was specifically told not the usual third floor of the short stay, but that i would wait outside where i dropped off, the driver called confirming he was indeed on third floor short stay. So with luggage and a child we had to then go back inside, to get into the short stay. Incredibly disappointing.

Everything was as it should be. Directions on return a little confusing. Told to cross 4 lanes when coming out of arrivals there are only 3, makes you question yourself, this is returning to Heathrow T4 otherwise all ok!

I was really carefully trying to be as accurate as I can writing this review. I have tried to find something to cut down from 5 to 4 start but I used this service for the first time and I found it very very good. Price: Fair Ease of Communication: Great Waiting times: No waiting times at Departure or Arrival. The only minor thing that some people may not find great is the fact that the car park seems to be a bit far from the airport. There was about 15 miles added to my car mileage which for me it was acceptable.

Slow collecting car at drop off, notified 20 minutes prior to arrival as requested, still ended up standing around for 15 minutes in the car park waiting for the driver. Much quicker returning the car. Usual issue of every aspect of the driver's seat being altered. Surely for the length of the journey they could just move the seat forward and back? Not up, down, forward, back, lumber, recline and steering wheel!!

Hello, are there any fees at Terminal 5 for entering the drop-off zone (similar to Gatwick Airport)?The chauffeurs ask you to call them when you are 20 minutes from the airport. They have a 10 minute window to collect customers from this area. Beyond this extra charges may apply.
