You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Head for the short stay car park, where a fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration. Please call Star Parking 20 Minutes before the scheduled arrival time on the number on your confirmation (No text/voicemail). Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00 (subject to change).

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call the free phone number provided to you.

What security measures does the car park have?

Only read the instructions only for the relevant terminal you are flying. The following postcodes may not be accurate. Star Parking strongly advise following the signs once you have entered the airport zone. Late fees and parking charges may apply for any late arrivals and arrivals without calling Star Parking or early arrivals due to booking with incorrect times. Please ensure your booking time is the vehicle drop-off time, not the flight departure time. Vehicle collection or flight delays after 23:30hrs are subject to a levy fee of £20 per hour to pay. All payments must be cleared before the collection of the vehicle. Terminal 2 Drop-off procedures Terminal 2 - Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1EW (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Once you have passed the main tunnel, follow signs for Terminal 2; stay in the right-hand lanes, then join the ramp. Stay on the right by following the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up. Once you are approaching the car park barriers, drive towards the one on your far right-hand lane, marked at barrier number 6. Take a ticket and enter the car park on Level 4. Follow the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and follow the one-way arrows to rows A and B, where our representative will meet you. Terminal 2 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Passengers must pick up their cars on level 4, Zone A or B, in the short-stay car park. Terminal 3 drop-off procedures Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1QG (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) During peak hours, the collection/drop off point may change due to long queues and to avoid extra waiting time, you can choose to meet on the forecourt. For forecourt collection/drop off a levy fee will be payable to Heathrow Airport Limited, payment can be made on the airports web site. Once you have exited the tunnel, stay on the left-hand lane and follow the signs for terminal 3 departures. As you drive past the Hilton Garden Hotel at the bend, remain on the right and follow the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up. Take a ticket at the barriers and follow up to level 4 on the spiral. Park your car at zone A/B where the meet and greet points are. (Towards the end of the car park). You will be met by one of our representatives. Terminal 3 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Passengers will pick up their cars on Level 4 of the Terminal 3 short-stay car park. Once you have come out from the arrivals, walk towards the café Nero and take the lift opposite and proceed to level 1 Then, walk across the bridge, and at the end of it, you will come to the pay station lobby Retake the lifts to level 4. We deliver vehicles at A or B at the car park. During peak hours, the collection/drop off point may change due to long queues and to avoid extra waiting time, you can choose to meet on the forecourt. For forecourt collection/drop off a levy fee will be payable to Heathrow Airport Limited, payment can be made on the airports web site. Outbound: Terminal 5 procedures Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 2GA (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Once you are at the main roundabout, drive straight towards the ramp Stay right at the "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up" sign. Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left, and follow the "Avis/Budget car" sign. First, you must go through the purple canopy before entering the car park. Then you will drive towards the car park barriers. Take a ticket and drive down to rows "R & S" You will be met by one of our representatives to collect your vehicle. Terminal 5 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Once you have entered the arrival hall, Walk towards the Café Nero (Red coloured pillar marked as South meeting point) Exit the arrival building. Take the lifts, then proceed to level 4 (Do not take the lift next to the café Nero) Important Note: Star Parking track the return flight number you enter during the booking process. It is a vital piece of information to stay on track. Providing incorrect flight numbers can result in hours of delays for your vehicle return, although you have given Star Parking the correct return time. Car Park Height restrictions: Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) You must ensure that before leaving the vehicle with the car parking company it is in a roadworthy condition, taxed and holds a current MOT if applicable. Star Parking will refuse to collect cars with tyres below 1.6mm tread. Cars are taken on approx. 20 miles round trip to the compound. All parking is subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park - please see terms here https://starparking.co.uk/terms London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023. Good pick up but very slow on arrival back into the UK. Spoke to Star Parking at 05.55 and told them we would be at the meeting point within 15 minutes. The car finally arrived at 06.40. A long cold wait for us.

On your reservations details and arrival instructions you do not say ‘ring before you arrive’. Arrived at airport to be told by another company that we need to call. Waited 20 minutes for driver who tried to charge us extra for not calling. Showed him your paperwork and he agree that calling is not shown. Will not be using again, poor

Arrival worked perfectly with driver waiting for me on designated area in Short stay car park. Pick up was a bit more difficult as I was asked to meet driver in drop off area outside Terminal 3 because car park was full. The problem is that this is not clearly sign posted from inside terminal and the road layouts differ outside each "wing" of Terminal 3. The exit signs to the Car Park take you to areas reserved for taxis or buses only. I did find the right area just in time but that was more by luck. Also it cost me £5 extra for the Heathrow drop off/pick up charge. Although this was in T&Cs, surely Star Parking saved the cost of entering the multi storey which would have cost a similar amount?

The receiving and redelivery system works well enough. However, my main criticism is that the "window" for collection and redelivery is a bit tight and one has to pay extra parking fees if one arrives before the allowed period. That makes it difficult to manage arrival on time when one cannot park on motorway approaches. Also, it seems to take longer than 15 mins after collection of luggage for the redelivery to take place.

Overall the process was fine. However on returning and leaving the short stay car park, I had to pay the exit fee even though this should have been dealt with! Now have the fun of trying to recover this fee!

Hello, are there any fees at Terminal 5 for entering the drop-off zone (similar to Gatwick Airport)?The chauffeurs ask you to call them when you are 20 minutes from the airport. They have a 10 minute window to collect customers from this area. Beyond this extra charges may apply.
