Open from 4:00AM until 23:59PM, 7 days in a week.

Heathrow Short stay car park charges are not inclusive. The car park charge is £8.00 (subject to change) payable both ways by yourself.

Drop Off Procedure:
Please call the number on your confirmation when you are approximately 30 minutes away from your departure terminal. Please follow the directions below for your designated terminal.

Please take a picture of your mileage.

Please validate your car park ticket £7.50 This is payable by yourself. The driver will show you where to validate your ticket.

If unsure and or you get lost do not exit the car park. Park up when it's safe to do so and please call us on the number on your confirmation , we will be happy to help.

Terminal 2: Postcode: TW6 1EW

From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3, following onto the Western Perimeter Road.

Go through the tunnel.
When you have exited the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station on your right,

Once you are on the ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Please make sure you are in lane 5 or 6, (towards the ticket machine), this will take you to Level 4 of the Short Stay car park. Take a ticket at the barrier and enter the car park. Once you enter the car park on Level 4, keep to the RIGHT following the signs for 'Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet' and then please park your car in "Row B".

Terminal 3: Postcode: TW6 3QG

From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 following onto the Western Perimeter Road.

Go through the tunnel
Upon Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3). Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 4, then park your vehicle in ROW 'B' it is the far end of ROW B.

Terminal 5: Postcode: TW6 2GA

Follow the signs for 'Short stay Car Park' found on the right hand side of the ramp as you exit from the roundabout entering Terminal 5. Once you have entered the short stay areas stay as far left and pass the first set of barriers you then proceed and stay in this lane which will take you straight to a purple booth, this is where you have to either press the top and or bottom bottom for the first set of barriers to open, thereafter please proceed to the next set of barriers and press the white flashing button. Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones 'R'-'S'. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted as 'Off Airport Meet & Greet'

Return Procedure:
On your return please give us a call on the number on your confirmation as soon as the plane lands to let us know you have made the flight.

Please call us again on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage. If you are travelling with hand luggage then please call us the second time once you have passed passport control.

The Driver will meet you at designated meeting point as stipulated below for your designated terminal. There you will be asked to fully inspect your own vehicle and compare your mileage.
Once you have fully checked over your vehicle and ensured all is in order our representative will hand over your keys and ticket. The ticket the driver hands you is a new ticket and needs to be validated by yourself.


Important Information:
You must allow sufficient time to drop off the vehicle and complete airport departure procedures.

Please take in to account traffic delays, breakdowns or service delays during busy periods. If you are late or early, please inform us on the number on your confirmation as soon as possible. Last minute changes or inadequate advance notice may result in delays to your service.

Unless otherwise approved, any changes to a reservation will incur an amendment fee of £10.00. If you need to change your car information, contact information, email address, flight number (if it was misspelt or unknown when you booked your reservation), first or last name, there is no fee. In case of additional parking requirements starting from the day of your return there is charge payable of £15 per day. If you fail to notify us 24 hours before the return date and time you will incur a £25 charge.

Parking is at your own risk and subject to our terms and conditions, so we ask that you don't keep any valuables in your car. Check your vehicle carefully at pickup and report any issues to driver and ensure these are logged before leaving.

Claims cannot be considered once your vehicle has left the terminal or car park. Our driver will take your vehicle to our car park and return the vehicle back to the designated meeting point.
