Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation, when 30 minutes away from Heathrow. On arrival you will be met by one of the uniformed parking representatives who will have ID and will check-in your vehicle leaving you then free to stroll across to the terminal. The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 (subject to change) on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00 (subject to change).

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once your flight has landed back at Heathrow please call the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation, then please call again once you have collected your luggage, a parking representative will be dispatched and will meet you in same place as on your arrival with your vehicle ready for your onward journey.

What security measures does the car park have?

The secure car park is only 5 minutes from Heathrow Airport, and is fully fenced with remote controlled security gate and CCTV.

- Important: Entry/Exit Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 (subject to change) on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00 (subject to change). Opening hours - 04:30 to 23:59 London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area. The daily charge for non-compliant vehicles is £12.50 for most vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles. To check the charge for your vehicle use this link https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/?intcmp=52335 If you need to pay the ULEZ charge, a daily charge runs from midnight to midnight, every day of the year (except for Christmas Day). That means that if you drive a non-compliant vehicle within the ULEZ area across two days, you will need to pay two daily charges. It is the your responsibility to ensure that you check your vehicle and that you have paid the ULEZ fee.

Terminal 2: Follow signs for Terminal 2; as you approach the ramp, stay in the far right hand lane and follow signs for Short Stay Level 4 off airport towards row B. Postcode: TW6 1EW


Terminal 3: Follow the signs to Terminal 3 DEPARTURES. Enter the Short Stay car park and proceed to Level 4 Row B. postcode: TW6 1QG

Terminal 4: Follow signs for Heathrow Airport, Terminal 4, and follow signs to short stay Level 2 Row F at the off-airport section. . Postcode TW6 3XA

Terminal 5: Follow signs for Heathrow Airport, Terminal 5, and then Short Stay car park. Once you approach the ramp stay in the far right lane and merge into the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the left lane and follow signs for Level 4 "off airport parking", park in row S. Terminal postcode: TW6 2GA
