Outward journey, no problems. However the return journey was not. The vehicle didn’t arrive at the allotted time and there was no answer from the contact number. It was by pure chance that I saw a van/bus arrive and as I walked over, I noticed a small piece of cars with the logo on. The driver was courteous and explained that the bus had broken down and this was the only vehicle available. He said it only held 4 passengers due to the lack of luggage space! On arrival at the car park, we then had to wait for the same driver to unlock the office for our car keys as there were no other staff on duty!! No gripe with the driver, but feel the company should be more organised.

Found Sentinel to be super efficient. We were processed extremely quickly and they gave us a lovely little travel pack for my Grandaughter to keep her busy on the flight. On our return Rom boarding the bus to leaving the car park was less than 15 minutes. Absolutely brilliant.

We were greeted by a very friendly bus driver who carried our cases onto the bus, the check in process was very easy and we were on the bus within 10 minutes of arriving at the car park , on return again met by a lovely bus driver who took our cases onto the bus, If we ever fly from Leeds again would 100% book here again.

Very good efficient service at Sentinel. Leave your car keys on arrival at office, get a receipt and car is waiting on return in a parked bay. Shuttle service is good and bus waiting on return. Journey distance is short.

Car park was easy to find. Booking in was fast and efficient. Just missed a bus and waited less than 10 mins on the next. Drivers were friendly and helped with the cases both there and back. Bus ride was 2 mins and unlike with park your own, you weren't touring round every corner of the car park Same efficiency when picking up the car. Absolutely no problems with condition or mileage (always a worry when you leave your keys!!)

Always use sentinel when flying from Leeds Bradford. Staff are always pleasant and everything is done quickly and efficiently, we’ve never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for a bus either on arrival or return. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

Directions for Sentinel Security Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. From North: Once you have arrived on the A658, follow the signs for Leeds Bradford International Airport until you arrive at roundabout with airport on your left hand side. Turn right at that roundabout into Warren House Lane. Entrance to Sentinel is on your right hand side after 200 yards. Follow driveway round to the reception area and park in one of the designated spaces.From South: Once you have arrived on the A658, follow signs for Leeds Bradford International airport until you arrive at a roundabout at the end of a tunnel with the airport on your right hand side. Turn left at that roundabout into Warren House Lane. The entrance to Sentinel is on your right hand side after 200 yards. Follow the drive way round to the reception area and park in one the designated spaces.
