Didn't end up staying for the week as had to come back home the day after due to a family crisis.Tried to get a refund for the fact that I had not stayed but wasn't offered one. Very disappointed cad they could of offered me a credit note if not a refund.

Easy to book, excellent service from Sentinel. Quick book In, then straight on the transfer bus for the 5 minute journey to the airport where you are dropped off and picked up close to the terminal. Quick collection of keys. Will have no hesitation using again.

The website is easy to use, I made a couple of amendments the response was fast, the set up on arrival was fast and smooth, book the car in at the reception and jump on one of the buses which are backwards and forwards all the time to the airport which are free, on arrival back at Leeds airport jump on the bus again back to the car park collect the keys from reception and the car is parked ready to go. There is also cleaning services available. Overall great value for money. Will use again.

Excellent service as we dropped off the car. Very efficient and quick. Bus took us to the airport. Very short time to wait. On our return, the bus driver was friendly and helpful. Car was waiting for us. Have used this car park before and will definitely use again. Thank you.

Usual excellent service from Sentinel, quick drop off and transfer to airport. Pick up from airport was good and car was ready and waiting. Good price for service and pain free, always our first choice for Leeds-Bradford.

A very professional organisation. Buses painted in company livery and all staff in matching uniforms. Modern offices with toilets. They look like they mean business! Efficient transfer and pickup. They watch the airport website for flight landings and send the buses to accommodate the number of customers they are expecting. We just missed one bus and thought we would have a long wait, but another bus was waiting behind it and left when full. I would definitely use Sentinel again.

Great service. Sentinel staff are all very polite and informative. Transfer bus was waiting for us when we came out of airport so no waiting around. Would use this service again. I always book with FHR as they offer a wide range of options
