Good, efficient service, checked in quickly & bus waiting to take us the short distance to airport. Likewise on return the bus was waiting for us & we were quickly back at the car park with keys returned & directions to where our car was parked.

All went smoothly, dropped car and keys off, got on bus to airport, came back and there was a bus There, got my keys no hanging around and on my way home. 😀 Already booked in for the return greet at Newcastle in June. 😀

I have been using this firm regularly for a number of years now. They are by far the best! The check in to hand car keys over is quick and easy, as is collection on the return. Drivers are always cheerful, courteous and helpful, getting luggage on and off coaches. The toilet facilities are excellent - I have mobility problems and the disabled toilet is fully accessible for wheelchair use, with easy access to the toilet and to the check in office. There is absolutely no waiting around; they take those customers who are ready to go, regardless of how many passengers on board. Another coach is only 5 minutes away so no one has to wait the 15/20 minutes which you do at other car parks. Again at the airport for return to the car park, there is never more than a couple of minutes wait. I always recommend Sentinel to friends and strangers! Well done on your continued excellent service over all these years.

Everything went smoothly. Only issue was that it was a large bus to take us back to Sentinals car park and the driver could have let us know that there were special places to put heavy cases. I struggled to put ours on a higher level as I didn't realise that there were floor places further up the bus. I live and learn.

Directions for Sentinel Security Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. From North: Once you have arrived on the A658, follow the signs for Leeds Bradford International Airport until you arrive at roundabout with airport on your left hand side. Turn right at that roundabout into Warren House Lane. Entrance to Sentinel is on your right hand side after 200 yards. Follow driveway round to the reception area and park in one of the designated spaces.From South: Once you have arrived on the A658, follow signs for Leeds Bradford International airport until you arrive at a roundabout at the end of a tunnel with the airport on your right hand side. Turn left at that roundabout into Warren House Lane. The entrance to Sentinel is on your right hand side after 200 yards. Follow the drive way round to the reception area and park in one the designated spaces.
