Service and staff were very efficient and friendly however, when I picked my car up on my return I had no idea that my tire was totally flat as it was dark and I felt pressured to move my car quickly as another car had its headlights shining through my windscreen wanting my space. As when abroad I had been driving an automatic car on the opposite side of the road and would have appreciated a little time to get used to my car again. I was unaware that I had a flat tire until I broke at the roundabout down the road. Being a woman on my own I didnt want to get out of my car in the dark and had to continue a few miles before finding a garage before being able to pump it up again. Hence extremely worried when having to continue my journey home on the A1M.

The car park is only a short distance from the airport easy to find and had a good road surface where you drop of your car, staff were friendly and we had no problem when returning on a late night flight either.

First class service, parked and delivered to the airport in about 10 minutes, on our return we were driving away in about 5 minutes, what more would you want.

Excellent Service. Arrived with ease using the directions given. On arrival was promptly seen and loaded on to a waiting shuttle to the airport just a couple of minutes away. On my return there was transport waiting to swiftly return us to the car park. I left the car park within 5 minutes.(included collecting my key and adjusting my seat) I will definitely using this service again. Thanks

Excellent, professional, courteous and efficient service. We turned up, deposited our keys and were on our way in the courtesy bus within just a few moments. The journey to the airport was no more than 5 minutes. The driver loaded and unloaded our cases in a very friendly and efficient manner. On our return, the mini bus was waiting for us. once again all bags were loaded & unloaded efficiently. Our keys were handed over within seconds. our car location was clearly pointed out and we were on our way. Fantastic service....absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

We use Sentinel all the time when flying from Leeds / Bradford and the service seems to get better each time. Very efficient. Maybe a loyalty discount for regular user's would make it even better.

Booking is simple as falling off a log. No hassle at Sentinel, just DON'T use post-code in your Sat-Nav. It will take you to a prior turning (correct post-code, but not Sentinel). Shuttle service is speedy and they will meet you at the airport without having to call them. They know what time you will arrive back. Great. Car collection is swift and easy.

Everything was as expected and very easy, car was dropped off and within minutes we were on our way to the airport. On return we simply boarded the waiting coach (which was just as well, as it was raining) and taken to the office where we handed in our voucher and were given our car keys.

As soon as we arrived we pulled into a bay & our car was photographed from every angle to safeguard against damage & the parking bays are an excellent sizzle. The proximity of the car park to the airport is excellent & we were taken to the terminal as soon as we arrived, no waiting around & as soon as we arrived back there was a minibus waiting to take us back to our car. This car park is excellent & we have used them numerous times & will continue to use them every time we fly from Leeds/Bradford
