Very straightforward to make the booking on line. Easy directions and quick and simple check- in. A short ride to the airport, job done! Just a shame there had been a few inches of snow on the car when we got back.

I am very happy with the service provided - very professional and courteous. The car park is very close to the airport and was easy to find. The booking in was very easy and I didn't have to wait very long to be driven to the airport. On the way back, I only had to wait 5', although it would have been nice if the minibus was there waiting as I arrived in the evening and the weather was cold, windy and wet. In all, I am happy with the company and I would recommend it.

very efficient service provided. Enter the secure carpark through barrier. Park car and hand in your keys, whilt confirming relevant details at office(friendly staff). Load bags on store area of minibus (friendly driver), get seated on minibus, get driven to airport. On return go to same place place for pick as you used for drop off (can't miss minibus, as it has 'Sentinal' in big letters on side with its coy motif). Load bags etc as per initial parking. Collect keys from office, load car and leave compound via exit barrier. Only issue i saw was on pickup return journey there was a young couple who got on the minibus last and there were no seats left. So they stood for the short low speed journey to carpark. If the driver had had to break hard or accident happened they would have been flung down the isle.

Efficient and friendly reception on arrival, clear directions given for collection of car on return, prompt transfer to Airport. On return exited Airport to find mini bus waiting at designated spot, immediate transfer to Car Park, collected keys and en route home very quickly. Good service all round.

Excellent service. No waiting for transport, waiting for us as we left the Airport Terminal in terrible weather. Very courteous and friendly staff. Good price too. Would definitely recommend.

This was such an easy and streamlined process. Sentinel took all the hassle out of parking the car and delivering/collecting us to and from the airport. They even knew who we were before we had introduced ourselves! The car park was conveniently close to the airport, taking only a few minutes to get there, and on our return the Sentinel minibus was there waiting for us - with no need to ring them beforehand. Great service and well recommended!

Use Sentinel all the time when we fly from Leeds Bradford. Always fast efficient service. Bus is usually waiting but if not it's along within 5 mins. Staff always polite

It was simple to book, direction giving. Very reliable and quick service to the airport. The driver was there within 5mins of us reaching the meeting point on her return day and the process of checking out our car was very quick with the car only a short space away. Would book with them again.

First time for using Sentinal car parking. Found them very courteous and efficient. No phone calls and hanging around for bus to arrive it was waiting for us. Brilliant would recommend to anyone.

Like new set up suggest that cars are parked ready for collection as it was extremely difficult to find the car when car park full and vague directions were given wondering round for 10 mins. Otherwise great service to drop off and for pick up.
