Upon collecting the car there was a letter to say that the car had been a scratch to the car where the bumper touched the fence and this had been repaired - I could not even see any sign of a scratch. I did have a small mark on the bumper and they repaired that too!! I was very impressed. We have parked here before and had no incidents and we were perfectly happy with how they dealt with this incident and we will be back

On collecting the car, for the first time in numerous stays with you, it was filthy. The car looked to have been 'grass tracked' with mud sprayed up the front and on the bonnet. The whole car was covered in what looked like tree sap and I have just spent my morning washing it (twice). Should I continue to be a loyal customer,this will hopefully not become normal practice and be seen as a 'one off'.

Parking at the Sentinel car park was hassle free. We left the car and hopped on the shuttle bus to catch our flight On our return the bus was waiting to return us to our vehicle. Every thing took a minimum amount of time and stress free. We will defiantly use Sentinel again. Many thanks to all their staff.

Directions for Sentinel Security Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed. From North: Once you have arrived on the A658, follow the signs for Leeds Bradford International Airport until you arrive at roundabout with airport on your left hand side. Turn right at that roundabout into Warren House Lane. Entrance to Sentinel is on your right hand side after 200 yards. Follow driveway round to the reception area and park in one of the designated spaces.

From South: Once you have arrived on the A658, follow signs for Leeds Bradford International airport until you arrive at a roundabout at the end of a tunnel with the airport on your right hand side. Turn left at that roundabout into Warren House Lane. The entrance to Sentinel is on your right hand side after 200 yards. Follow the drive way round to the reception area and park in one the designated spaces.
