Great instructions, quick handover and return, and secure. Very near the airport, so could walk in minutes with light luggage, otherwise transfer cost was £2 each way.

I will never be using your service again. Mention loud and clear on the booking page that customers are required to leave their keys, not halfway down the terms and conditions. When I arrived, I asked 2 things. 1. The car seat not to be adjusted. 2. That the car will not be parked on a curb. Both requests were ignored and I came back to a scratched rim. Will not be using your service or recommending it.

The car park is conveniently located close to the airport about a 2 min walk. The service was not as slick as it should have been. As we arrived the barrier did not recognise our car registration as it should have automatically as such we needed help from the call button. They were able to let us in after telling them our referance number and a ticket was issued. As we left the car park we put the ticket in to the barrier which would then not let us out and said we owed £120 despite us having pre paid. Again assistance through the call button resolved the problem. Had we not had the booking referable to hand each time it appears this may have been a more difficult situation.

Hi everything nearly perfect !!! But tell them not to fiddle with the radio. Had to put the code in again and then had to put the different programmes back in. Also there was no need to put the "Park Drive" on. As when gear is in "P" it is parked safely. But i am not complaining.

The car park is patrolled 24 hours, however during the period of infrequent flights due to COVID-19 the office is not manned 24 hours.
If the office is not manned when you arrive- the arrival procedure is park in a bay, keep keys with you, put a note of your confirmation number on dashboard and then walk over to terminal.

Located just 400 metres from Liverpool airport - 5-7 mins walking

Travelling from North/North East - M6 South to junction 21A with M62. Follow M62 West to junction 6 onto A5300 to th A561 then follow signs to Airport.

Travelling From South/East - M6 North to junction 20 with M56. Follow to junction 12 onto A557/A562, dual carriageway via Runcorn Bridge to merge with A561. Follow signs to Airport.

Travelling From Wirral & North Wales - M53 and then take M56 (as instructions from South/East). From North Wales join the A55 to connect with M56 Eastbound then follow instructions from the East.

The approach dual carriageway which leads directly into the airport is called Speke Hall Avenue and at the top of this carriageway is Dobbies Garden Centre.

Follow cariageway over first roundabout then carry on following airport signs. You will pass Premier Inn Hotel on your left - carry on down until you reach last roundabout which is at the end of the carriageway and you can go no further.

The airport is at the left slip lane at the roundabout - DO NOT TURN INTO AIRPORT - go completely round the roundabout as if you were coming away from airport and within a minute you will see red postbox - turn left and Imagine reception is second building on the right opposite Enterprise car hire.

can we park a 17 seater mini busyou can park a 17 seater but would be charged for 2 spaces - you would need to call our reservations team to make the booking
Do you have to leave your car keys? If so why? Does your car get moved while you are away? HiI have always used your parking facilities for a number of years and have never had any problems. I would like to know now that I have just changed my car to 2018 plate Dacia Sandero (I have changed on the prior booking which was with my fiesta) where will it be parked as I have tried to pay extra for indoor parking with you but no vacancies?
