We were delighted with the professionalism, the friendliness and the safe indoor parking. Everything flowed from parking on the 6th Oct to collecting our car on 20th The price was exceptionally good value, which is good as we are pensioners and have to be practical and savvy with our income. Would highly recommend. We will certainly use them again.

Really easy to use! We arrived late at night and early in morning and the man on site was really friendly and was just a case of handing over keys and then 5 min walk to airport! Would definitely use again as I was with my hubby however if I was a woman on my own would be a bit dubious of the walk as it was quite dark and lonely , this however is no reflection on the service and great value for money we received.

Struggled to find the car park as the sign was laid on the floor… drove in expecting to leave the keys but was told no you keep them with you! The sign in the car park said no liability for any vehicle left!! We were quite uncomfortable leaving our vehicle as was in no way secure and expected to return to no vehicle or bits missing off it but it was actually fine!! You do pay for what you get!! Very reasonable price!!

I used this car park in March 2020. The drop off/check in procedures were virtually non existent, in that there was no vehicle condition agreement nor mileage verification check, since the vehicle is moved to a remote storage site. At collection, the car was severely covered in mud, which it was not at drop off. When immediately reported, the attendant was disinterested and would not inspect the vehicle with me, advising me to complain to FHR. Photographs were taken on site, before the vehicle was moved, and submitted with the complaint raised. It has taken over 8 months to receive a dismissive response. FHR deny any responsibility, as they act purely as the middle agent, and Imagine Car Park deny any responsibility, as there was no agreed drop off condition check. Imagine Car Park procedures are poor, the treatment of your vehicle appears careless and moreover then appear to accuse the customer of fabricating the situation. Not a good experience.

Booking through FHR was faultless, I use them 3-4 times a year to book my airport parking . However when turning up at Imagine in Liverpool this was a different story, there was nobody present just a note on the pulled down shutters saying 'leave the car and a note in the window with booking ref'. Tried calling both numbers as I was uncomfortable just leaving my car on an industrial estate and got no answer. Awful way to start your holiday wondering if your car will be ok when you return. I tried calling and texting while I was away and nobody bothered to get back to me. Same process when arriving back in Liverpool, nobody there and thankfully the car was ok. Not what you expect or pay for so I will be avoiding imagine but happy to use FHR to book another parking company.

Would have given 5 stars except that they were unable to pick us up at the airport on our return because their bus needed a new clutch. We had to walk instead to the carpark which was only about 10 minutes walk but at 12.30 am a pick up would have been welcome.

We paid extra cash to cover the airport drop- off and collect fees. We were taken to the airport as planned. However, on return there was no driver to pick us up, so we were told to walk to the car park. At least half a mile ! Good job it was not raining ! We also lost the cash we paid to collect us !

*****FOR SAT NAV PURPOSES PLEASE USE POST CODE L24 1YL ****If the office is not manned when you arrive- the arrival procedure is park in a bay, keep keys with you, put a note of your confirmation number on dashboard and then walk over to terminal.
Located just 400 metres from Liverpool airport - 5-7 mins walking
Travelling from North/North East - M6 South to junction 21A with M62. Follow M62 West to junction 6 onto A5300 to th A561 then follow signs to Airport.
Travelling From South/East - M6 North to junction 20 with M56. Follow to junction 12 onto A557/A562, dual carriageway via Runcorn Bridge to merge with A561. Follow signs to Airport.
Travelling From Wirral & North Wales - M53 and then take M56 (as instructions from South/East). From North Wales join the A55 to connect with M56 Eastbound then follow instructions from the East.
The approach dual carriageway which leads directly into the airport is called Speke Hall Avenue and at the top of this carriageway is Dobbies Garden Centre.
Follow cariageway over first roundabout then carry on following airport signs. You will pass Premier Inn Hotel on your left - carry on down until you reach last roundabout which is at the end of the carriageway and you can go no further.
The airport is at the left slip lane at the roundabout - DO NOT TURN INTO AIRPORT - go completely round the roundabout as if you were coming away from airport and within a minute you will see red postbox - turn left and Imagine reception is second building on the right opposite Enterprise car hire.

HiI have always used your parking facilities for a number of years and have never had any problems. I would like to know now that I have just changed my car to 2018 plate Dacia Sandero (I have changed on the prior booking which was with my fiesta) where will it be parked as I have tried to pay extra for indoor parking with you but no vacancies?
