I was kept waking quite a time to have to book in even though there were 3 members of staff at the desk 2 of them didn't seem to be dealing with customers. On my return my car had not been put in a position for me to drive away, it was blocked in and even after the removal of other vehicles by a member of staff it was still difficult to manoeuvre it out. I have used this car park many times before and never had any issues . Has management changed? I'm not sure if I would use it again.

On return for the car I found it parked almost bumper to bumper and quite a walk away. Didn't leave me with much confidence in th emanagement of the car park. If another car park was available at the same price I would probably book elsewhere

Always use these guys, this time service on the way back wasn't as good as usual. We rang to say we had cleared customs/baggage, to be asked "do you want picking up?" "Err yes!" Waited a good 5 minutes then he rung us back asking if we still wanted picking up!!!! "Err yes!" Frozen by the time he eventually turned up!!!!

Service received was absolutely fine but it was not what I was expecting. It is a car lot with an indoor unit so car can be parked inside or outside. Easy enough to drop car off and had to leave keys which I prefer not to do. About 10 minutes walk to airport but transfer is available if needed. We walked as only had hand luggage. May use again as service as I said was fine it’s just my personal preference that I prefer not to leave my keys.

All was well on the outbound journey, friendly helpful staff. The return was an ordeal to say the least with neither the keys to my car or my friend's car being able to be located. We waited about 45 mins and with very little communication or explanation eventually my keys were found - they had been marked for a collection on the 14th and my friend's keys turned out to be on the counter all the time - they had him down for a 5pm collection when it clearly stated 3pm.

They couldn't take my party & I to the airport via the shuttle as they didn't have enough staff, so had to walk. Wasn't a long walk to be fair but it was absolutely freezing out and we had a few big cases. We were told we would be picked up when we arrived from our trip but as we arrived, we called Imagine & they stated that it would be a fee - we were told at the beginning that it would be a set fee for the return trip - as I tried to explain that we didn't get the transfer to the airport, the guy was adamant that we needed to pay the full amount...so again, we walked. Not a very nice experience at all.

Cheapest parking in the immediate airport area. Service and transfers quick and efficient - and charges made clear for the transfer. Difficult to find when dark especially - no clear signage.

*****FOR SAT NAV PURPOSES PLEASE USE POST CODE L24 1YL ****If the office is not manned when you arrive- the arrival procedure is park in a bay, keep keys with you, put a note of your confirmation number on dashboard and then walk over to terminal.
Located just 400 metres from Liverpool airport - 5-7 mins walking
Travelling from North/North East - M6 South to junction 21A with M62. Follow M62 West to junction 6 onto A5300 to th A561 then follow signs to Airport.
Travelling From South/East - M6 North to junction 20 with M56. Follow to junction 12 onto A557/A562, dual carriageway via Runcorn Bridge to merge with A561. Follow signs to Airport.
Travelling From Wirral & North Wales - M53 and then take M56 (as instructions from South/East). From North Wales join the A55 to connect with M56 Eastbound then follow instructions from the East.
The approach dual carriageway which leads directly into the airport is called Speke Hall Avenue and at the top of this carriageway is Dobbies Garden Centre.
Follow cariageway over first roundabout then carry on following airport signs. You will pass Premier Inn Hotel on your left - carry on down until you reach last roundabout which is at the end of the carriageway and you can go no further.
The airport is at the left slip lane at the roundabout - DO NOT TURN INTO AIRPORT - go completely round the roundabout as if you were coming away from airport and within a minute you will see red postbox - turn left and Imagine reception is second building on the right opposite Enterprise car hire.

HiI have always used your parking facilities for a number of years and have never had any problems. I would like to know now that I have just changed my car to 2018 plate Dacia Sandero (I have changed on the prior booking which was with my fiesta) where will it be parked as I have tried to pay extra for indoor parking with you but no vacancies?
