We have used Imagine airport car parking ar Liverpool airport several times over the years and found them to be very reliable. However upon arrival at their reception we were informed in order for them to transport us to the airport there is an additional charge of £2 each way. The representative told us that they are now charged every time they enter the car park to drop passengers off. We have used other off site car parks and never been charged an excess. Fortunately the weather was fine and we walked 10 minute walk.

Parking is within a 10 minute walk from airport which is ok unless it is raining then you can get a transfer for an additional 2 pounds the car park is pretty dark when you return at night but all in all Ok

This is the 2nd time I flown from Liverpool and must congratulate the staff who were very helpful and friendly, the opposite can be said about I PARKS which we we allocated on our first visit, they were very rude and quite frankly didn't seem to care.

They charge £2 to take you to the airport, bit of a trek by foot if you have luggage so you need to take that into account in the total price. When we came back we phoned them to say we were ready to be picked up. Saw the minibus pull into the pick up point and as we walked towards it the bus drove away. Rang them up and it was obviously the bus driver who said he couldn't keep the other passengers waiting. He was literally there for about 10 seconds and there weren't any passengers on the bus!Kept us waiting another 15 minutes. Poor, unfriendly service. Needless to say we won't be using again.

The car park is patrolled 24 hours, however during the period of infrequent flights due to COVID-19 the office is not manned 24 hours.
If the office is not manned when you arrive- the arrival procedure is park in a bay, keep keys with you, put a note of your confirmation number on dashboard and then walk over to terminal.

Located just 400 metres from Liverpool airport - 5-7 mins walking

Travelling from North/North East - M6 South to junction 21A with M62. Follow M62 West to junction 6 onto A5300 to th A561 then follow signs to Airport.

Travelling From South/East - M6 North to junction 20 with M56. Follow to junction 12 onto A557/A562, dual carriageway via Runcorn Bridge to merge with A561. Follow signs to Airport.

Travelling From Wirral & North Wales - M53 and then take M56 (as instructions from South/East). From North Wales join the A55 to connect with M56 Eastbound then follow instructions from the East.

The approach dual carriageway which leads directly into the airport is called Speke Hall Avenue and at the top of this carriageway is Dobbies Garden Centre.

Follow cariageway over first roundabout then carry on following airport signs. You will pass Premier Inn Hotel on your left - carry on down until you reach last roundabout which is at the end of the carriageway and you can go no further.

The airport is at the left slip lane at the roundabout - DO NOT TURN INTO AIRPORT - go completely round the roundabout as if you were coming away from airport and within a minute you will see red postbox - turn left and Imagine reception is second building on the right opposite Enterprise car hire.

can we park a 17 seater mini busyou can park a 17 seater but would be charged for 2 spaces - you would need to call our reservations team to make the booking

HiI have always used your parking facilities for a number of years and have never had any problems. I would like to know now that I have just changed my car to 2018 plate Dacia Sandero (I have changed on the prior booking which was with my fiesta) where will it be parked as I have tried to pay extra for indoor parking with you but no vacancies?
