What is the drop-off procedure?

Upon arrival at the airport, drive up to the entry barrier. The ANPR system will read the vehicle registration plate and automatically issue you with a ticket. Remove the ticket, and the barrier will rise allowing you to enter. Do not lose the ticket

What is the pick-up procedure?

On your return to the airport, please collect your vehicle and drive to the exit barriers. Insert the original entry ticket in the exit machine, where the barrier will rise allowing you to exit the car park

What security measures does the car park have?

Has the Park Mark, the Safer Parking Award, barrier control, security fencing and 24 hour security patrols and passenger assistance available. Unfortunately there are no disabled facilities. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

Directions for Multi-Storey (On-Airport Short Stay)

The Multi Storey Car Park is immediately opposite the entrances to both Check-In and Arrivals - less than 60 seconds to the terminal.
Please follow directional signage for 'Short Stay & Pick up' - there are overhead gantry signs showing directions for each car park. 1.95m height restriction. Parking is at owner's own risk, and subject to the terms and conditions of the individual car park.

What to do on Arrival / Entrance:
Please wait whilst your registration is recognised.
A ticket will be automatically produced.
Take the ticket and proceed to the Car Park.
If a ticket is not issued, press the help button for assistance. Do not press for a ticket. Please have your booking reference to hand.

What to do on Departure / Exit:
Insert your ticket into the exit barrier.
The barrier will recognise the booking and lift automatically.
If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.

Any additional stay outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff, which should be paid at the car park office prior to collecting your vehicle. Its £30 for 1 day overstay.



WARNING - Prebooked reservations are only valid in the selected car park. Notwithstanding any prebooking made, any vehicle parking in any other Car Park will be charged at the full rate applicable (in accordance with the published rates displayed on the entrance to the Car Parks). Please follow the directional signage to ensure you use the correct Car Park.
