What is the drop-off procedure?

Around 20 minutes before you arrive at the airport, please call Greet & Go Parking. Once you're at London City airport, drive to the On-Site Car Park. Go through the barrier on the extreme left. A suited Greet & Go driver will meet you.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you've landed please call the number on your confirmation5 to let the car park know you're back. Walk to the On-Site Car Park again where you'll be met by a Greet & Go driver with your car. You'll get a ticket to exit car park, you'll need to pay £7.50 to leave.

What security measures does the car park have?

Manned car park with 24 hour patrols. Entry, exit barriers and CCTV All Greet & Go drivers are careful mature drivers who are fully insured by Tradex.

Driver was waiting in the short term car park when we arrived. Very polite and efficient. Same on our return, driver was there before us so all very easy. Good value too, even including the £7.50 you have to pay to get out of the car park. Would use this service again.

We have used Meet & Greet on a number of occasions but this has definitely been the best experience we have ever had. Fast, very friendly and reliable. If we use London City we will certainly use FHR again.

Very impressed by the service we received when travelling from City airport. We were met by Stephen who was very prompt (at 5am!) and a really nice guy. The whole thing took about 2 mins to unload the car and give him the keys and exactly the same on the way back. Would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Happy with the service and car was ready for me to collect with no issues Points to improve could be (1) including the short term car park charge as part of the overall amount or at a discounted rate and (2) having an alternate to having to call 25 mins beforehand since i nearly didnt have battery to make the call! Will definitely use again and good luck :-)

Directions for Greet & Go by Cohen

As part of the ongoing building site at LCY airport this summer the airport are running a traffic diversion programme starting from Sunday 22nd July for approx. 4 weeks to 18th August 2018.

Access to the car parks will only be available from the Eastern End of Hartmann Rd, which is not what regular users will be used to.
Due to these diversions there may be possible delays when returning vehicles though we will endeavour to ensure that this does not happen.

From the A406 near Barking, keep going south until you reach the large roundabout and take the second exit onto Royal Docks Road. After a few minutes, you'll come to an oval roundabout and here you should take the second exit onto the A1020 Royal Albert Way. Keep going along the A1020 and take the second exit at the Royal Albert Roundabout. Shortly after, you'll come to the Connaught Roundabout and here you should take the first exit across Connaught Bridge. You'll then come to yet another roundabout where you need to take the first exit and at the roundabout after that, it's the second exit onto the A112. Take the first left onto Hartmann Road and after a short while, you should see the Terminal car park on your left where you will meet your driver.

Arrival Procedure
When you're about 20 minutes from the airport, call Butterfly Parking on the number on your confirmation 4 or the number on your confirmation 5 to let them know you're on your way. Once you've arrived at London City airport, drive to the on-site car park (formerly known as Long Stay). At the car park, you'll come to a barrier, where you'll need to take a ticket to get in. Then, drive through and park your car in a space. A uniformed Butterfly driver will meet you and you'll need to give them your keys and the ticket from the barrier. All you need to do then, is unload your luggage and walk to check-in, 3-5 minutes away.
You'll need to arrive as close to your booked time as possible. In extreme cases, if you're more than 20 minutes late, you may be charged a £30 waiting fee.

Return Procedure
Once you've landed please call the number on your confirmation 4 or the number on your confirmation 5 call Butterfly telling them you're back. Then, collect your luggage and walk to the on-site car park again, where you'll be met by a Butterfly driver with your clean car.
YouÂ’ll also be given a ticket so you can exit the car park.
CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY £8 TO EXIT THE LONG TERM CAR PARK.
If your car leaves within 10 minutes of it arriving at the car park the fee is £3.50.If your car leaves within 10-30 minutes of arriving at the car park, you’ll be required to pay an exit fee of £8. Any additional time will be charged at £5 per each subsequent 5 minutes, for example, 35 minutes would be charged at £13 and 40 minutes would be charged at £18.

Make sure you take all your valuables out of your car before you leave, as the car park cannot be held responsible for anything left behind.

The car park only accepts vehicles with a maximum height of 2 metres and width of 2.5 metres. No motor homes, lorries, trailers or caravans are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.

The car park is open from 5am - 10pm Monday - Friday; 5am - 1pm on Saturday; 11am - 10pm on Sunday, so you won't be able to drop off your car outside these times.

You will need to make sure your car is in legal roadworthy condition with full insurance, road tax and MOT otherwise you may be liable for any extra costs incurred by the car park.

When you get back, you should show your copy of the booking confirmation ticket and pay any supplementary parking charges otherwise the car park may not be able to return your vehicle to you. Any damage to your vehicle must be reported before you leave.
