Vehicle restrictions (Luton): Max height 2.0m. We do not accept vans/minibuses/9-seaters (e.g., Transit, Vito, Transporter, Vivaro, Trafic, Tourneo) or vehicles with roof racks/boxes exceeding 2.0m. Vehicles arriving outside these limits may be refused or charged an oversize fee of £50-£100

Directions:
From the M1, take the exit for the A1081 towards Luton. Follow the signs for London Luton Airport and proceed to the terminal. Once at the airport, follow the signage for Car Park 1 and continue to Level 3. A professional driver will be waiting at the designated meeting point on Level 3 to receive your vehicle.

What is the drop-off procedure?
The drop-off point is Car Park 1, Level 3 at Luton Airport. Call the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation 30 minutes before you're due to arrive. Follow the signs to the meeting point, looking out for signage for 'Offsite Meet & Greet'. One of the hi-vis staff will greet you, direct you to an available bay, and check in your car. Once you've signed your handover form and handed over your keys, you can stroll to the terminal while the APB team park your car in a secure off-site spot

What is the pick-up procedure?
The team at APB requests that you call the following number the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation twice - once when your flight lands, and then again once you've cleared Customs. This helps them prepare a driver to meet you at the same meeting point, Car Park 1, Level 3. You must pay an additional £10 exit fee when leaving the airport car park, this is payable by cash or card
