Vehicle restrictions (Luton): Max height 2.0m. We do not accept vans/minibuses/9-seaters (e.g., Transit, Vito, Transporter, Vivaro, Trafic, Tourneo) or vehicles with roof racks/boxes exceeding 2.0m. Vehicles arriving outside these limits may be refused or charged an oversize fee of £50-£100

Directions
From the M1, take the exit for the A1081 towards Luton. Follow the signs for London Luton Airport and proceed to the terminal. Once at the airport, follow the signage for Car Park 1. A professional driver will be waiting at the meeting point on Level 0.

What is the drop-off procedure?
Call the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation 30 minutes before you're due to arrive. Follow the directions to the meeting point and look out for the yellow 'Private Car Park' sign - it'll be on the left before the roundabout. Find a free parking bay and one of the team will assist you in checking in. Hand over your keys and a driver will park your car in a separate secure car park while you hop on the free transfer to the terminal, which takes around 5 - 10 minutes.

What is the pick-up procedure?
The team at APB requests that you call the number on your confirmation or the number on your confirmation twice - once when your flight lands, and then again once you've cleared Customs. This helps them prepare a driver to meet you at the meeting point within the airport grounds, Car Park 1, Level 0. The shuttle driver will take you back to the off-site car park, where you'll collect your keys and car.

- Vehicles might be moved up to 5 miles from the car park to another secure car park during busy periods.
- Cars must be taxed, roadworthy, and MOT certified.
- All valuables must be removed from the car.
- This is a 24/7 car park.
- A £20 fee applies for every day that is overstayed.
- If your car is over 2 metres in height, you will incur a £50 fee

We do not accept mini-buses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, Lorries, caravans, vehicles with trailers & long-wheel-based or extended-wheel-based vans
