What is the drop-off procedure?

On arrival at the access road to the car park, continue straight ahead to the car park. Proceed to the vehicle drop-off area in front of the Customer Reception. Our Attendant will greet you and present you with a return card, featuring your vehicle identification. Our Attendant will load your luggage allowing you to board our shuttle luggage free. Our Attendant will park your vehicle for you. Your shuttle will depart as quickly as possible, and always within 20 minutes. Special Note: While the journey time to the Terminal is typically 5 minutes, please allow extra time if travelling during the rush hour.

What is the pick-up procedure?

After you have cleared customs, please call us on the number on your confirmationto request collection. Our shuttle bus will meet you inside the drop off area. Our drivers will be pleased to load your luggage and have you back with your car within 10 minutes On return to Customer Reception, please present your return card to receive your keys. Your vehicle will be parked nearby in the exit lane ready to go home.

What security measures does the car park have?

24hrs security, also CCTV and Park Mark Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

We have restrictions for vehicles over 3.5 tonne vehicles and black taxis. Height restriction is 2 meters. The Vehicle may be moved to a different compound when operationally necessary. The maximum distance travelled is 10 miles. The Vehicle will be checked for damage upon arrival, the Company does not record minor damage i.e. stone chips, scuffs, scratches of less than 6 inches, dents smaller than a 3 inch diameter or interior damage. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than booked, extra days are £15

When I rang to drop my car off I was advised there was no space where I had booked so I had been upgraded to airport parking. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly & polite. Our flight was delayed on our return by 1 hour 45. I called as we landed as I was concerned I’d go over my booked time & they put my mind at rest. Customer service is great I would recommend for anyone who needs to park at Luton & would def use again. Many thanks for keeping my pride & joy safe.

I recently used the airport parking service and found the arrival process to be simple and straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the return process. I had to wait for more than 40 minutes for a taxi to arrive, which was frustrating after a long flight.

Highly recommended! I live more than an hour's drive away from the airport and had to catch an early morning flight. I arranged a remote parking spot with 06:00 a pick-up to the airport. Unfortunately, I completely overslept. I finally got on the road at 05:45 and called the number on the booking to inform them I'm running late. The gentleman on the phone immediately upgraded my booking to a meet and greet at the airport and texted me the info. I proceeded to the airport and made the check-in time by 6 minutes. If it wasn't for Green Park and Ride's quick thinking, I would definitely have missed my flight. Thanks for all your help and would definitely use them again. I'd give them 10 stars if could!
