I am always cautious about off site airport parking. If I fly again from Manchester I will without a doubt come to APH. Not only is the system streamlined, easy to understand and painfree, but the above and beyond is also apparent. Once parked and about to check in my partner and I had the stomach churning moment of realising out passports were missing. Certain we had had them in the car we contacted APH. There was a real person at the end of the phone who took details. The car was found and searched, passports found and delivered to us within 20minutes outside the terminal. Can’t thank them enough for this. No brainer!

Good parking facilities quick to get there entirely different story on way home surely bus company knows how many passengers there is and send correct amount of busses. Especially at 2.30 am. Sent another bus but via another terminal so waiters for good 1/2 hr as our flight landed early

We had been in a traffic jam on the way to Manchester so we were running abit late.we ended up waiting on the bus for nearly 3 quarters of hour.The driver asked if anyone wanted T3 and no 1 answered then asked about T2 and T1 and people said they wanted them.He then drove to T3 but no 1 wanted to get on or off.then went to T1 then ours T2.we ran in the airport and thought the gate had been closed only 7 mins left.they gave us a fast track otherwise we wud of missed the plane.

I have been using APH at Manchesterfor around 20 years, not sure if they have had a change of management but the service when dropping off the car and the bus journey to the airport at 0300 involved waiting on the bus till it was completely packed. Return journey was better.

Very easy to book the car in. The location was easy to find and looked very secure. Transfer to the airport was great given that we had a wheelchair passenger, driver lowered the bus and help with the wheelchair. Only had to wait 5 minutes on the return.

On arrival and transfer to Manchester airport the service was excellent. On return I text at 01.02 to advise we were going to bus stop . 20 mins later bus arrived half full . We didn’t manage to get in it . At least 2 empty seats . Driver sed another bus is coming in 5 mins . There were about 16 adults and 4 children waiting. I foned again at 1.30 to check a bus on way . Apparently very busy . Bus finally came at around 1.45. By time we got to car park it was 2am. An hour later from arrival at bus stop . We were very tired and frustrated at the length of waiting time

Whilst waiting for the bus to leave 2 Male staff could be heard chatting.1 male was speaking rather loud and could be heard swearing several times. Staff member also smoking close to the bus doors with the smell of smoke entering the bus. The bus appeared to have some fault with it as it was making a loud grinding noise throughout the journey. The return journey however was a different experience. Polite staff and a comfortable bus journey back to the car. Car key was handed over in a timely manner.

Directions for APH Manchester
The car park must retain your keys.M60 anti-clockwise: exit at Junction 5 and then exit at second junction signed A560. At the roundabout turn left signed Sharston. Go straight on at the next roundabout and left at the next roundabout into Sharston Industrial Estate . Take the first left and the car park is on the right.
M60 clockwise: exit at Junction 4 onto the M56. Exit at J2 signed Wythenshawe, go right at the roundabout into the Sharston Industrial Estate. Take the first left and the car park is on the right.
M6 Cheshire: join the M56 and exit at J3A signed A560. Turn right into A560 and go straight over the next roundabout. Left at the next roundabout into Sharston Industrial Estate. Take the first left and APH is on the right.
APH are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size on their transfer coaches. Buses are wheelchair accessible.
Arrival procedure
1. At the entrance to the car park, wait for the barrier to open automatically.
2. Drive into one of the marked arrival bays.
3. Unload your luggage and check in at Reception. Your car will be charged and then moved to a secure parking bay by a fully trained and insured driver.
4. Take the next transfer bus to the airport terminal.
Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and transfer to the terminal. You do not need to allow time for your vehicle to be charged; this will be done for you while you head to check in for your flight.
Return procedure
1. Once you have landed back at Manchester, call or text us.
2. Follow the signs to the marked APH bus stops just outside the terminal.
3. Take the next transfer bus back to the APH car park.
4. Collect your keys from Reception and pick up your car, which will have been charged for you.
There are staff on hand 24 hours a day, if you need any assistance.
Transfer details
Transfers to Manchester Airport from the car park take around 10 minutes and operate 24 hours a day running every 10-15 minutes.
Please allow extra time due to airport roadway congestion.
APH will accept large vehicles, please call the car park to enquire.
APH are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size on their transfer coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable.
Parking restrictions
Vehicle restrictions apply - Maximum vehicle height: 2.4m.
Disabled facilities
Staff are happy to help with the unloading and loading of bags onto the buses. There is also a disabled toilet at the car park and the buses are wheelchair friendly.

Good afternoonMyself and my boyfriend are looking to book airport car parking with yourselves from 8 October - 13 October 2015 however we are currently having issues with one of our cars and may have to use a different one on the day.
