Car park easy to find and staff were friendly and polite. Drivers helped us get our luggage on and off the bus, which we didn’t have to wait long for. A stress free experience, good value for money when compared to other companies offering similar services, and I will definitely be using this car parking service again next time I fly from Manchester.

We travel from Manchester once or twice every year and can’t fault this parking,very efficient staff only a few minutes wait for bus to airport and there to pick you up at the end of your holiday,helped on and off with cases,very stress free,wouldn’t use anyone else it’s such good value too

I originally booked a fare saver rate through BookFHR.com which did not allow for any changes, unfortunately my airline (Monarch) went into receivership and I was unable to book alternative flights for the same dates. Book FHR.com were fantastic, despite having booked a fare saver rate they provided me with a full credit (or refund if I chose not to fly) and assisted me in obtaining airport car parking at a different airport. This company has demonstrated the highest levels of customer service with the most competitive rates for parking on the internet and will continue to be my first choice next time I need airport parking.

I have used this car park several times before and would have rated it 5 stars based on my previous experiences, however on this occasion we had to wait approximately 30 minutes to be checked in (at 5am on a Saturday morning). To be fair the one guy was working as fast as he could but they must have been aware of the number of bookings and should have staffed to an appropriate level. 25 minute wait at Terminal 2 for pick up after return flight Will probably self park, at the airport, in the future

Brilliant company I did have a vw crafter lwb van which is a nightmare for parking it's my pride and joy came back to van as exactly how I left it even been put under a campony on the ball good staff very helpful definitely recommend 100% company.

Took some time to collect us but other pick ups at a busy time. The lowered score is due to the smell of tobacco in the car and parking light left on.

Was a little bit worried before I got to this car park as I do not normally park as far from the airport. However, my worries were unfounded. The car parking process was easy, park at reception and hand them your keys, no hunting for a parking space. The transfer took about 10 minutes and dropped off at the terminal doors. On return you simply text a code to APH and they send you a reply informing you where to catch the bus almost immediately. The wait for the bus at the terminal was less than five minutes. The car pick up service was just as easy as the drop off. Will definitely use again.

Directions for APH Manchester

The car park must retain your keys.

M60 anti-clockwise: exit at Junction 5 and then exit at second junction signed A560. At the roundabout turn left signed Sharston. Go straight on at the next roundabout and left at the next roundabout into Sharston Industrial Estate . Take the first left and the car park is on the right.

M60 clockwise: exit at Junction 4 onto the M56. Exit at J2 signed Wythenshawe, go right at the roundabout into the Sharston Industrial Estate. Take the first left and the car park is on the right.

M6 Cheshire: join the M56 and exit at J3A signed A560. Turn right into A560 and go straight over the next roundabout. Left at the next roundabout into Sharston Industrial Estate. Take the first left and APH is on the right.

APH are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size on their transfer coaches. Buses are wheelchair accessible.

Arrival procedure
1. At the entrance to the car park, wait for the barrier to open automatically.
2. Drive into one of the marked arrival bays.
3. Unload your luggage and check in at Reception. Your car will be charged and then moved to a secure parking bay by a fully trained and insured driver.
4. Take the next transfer bus to the airport terminal.
Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and transfer to the terminal. You do not need to allow time for your vehicle to be charged; this will be done for you while you head to check in for your flight.

Return procedure
1. Once you have landed back at Manchester, call or text us.
2. Follow the signs to the marked APH bus stops just outside the terminal.
3. Take the next transfer bus back to the APH car park.
4. Collect your keys from Reception and pick up your car, which will have been charged for you.
There are staff on hand 24 hours a day, if you need any assistance.

Transfer details
Transfers to Manchester Airport from the car park take around 10 minutes and operate 24 hours a day running every 10-15 minutes.
Please allow extra time due to airport roadway congestion.

APH will accept large vehicles, please call the car park to enquire.
APH are unable to transport bikes, surf/windsurfing boards or items of a similar size on their transfer coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable.

Disabled facilities
Staff are happy to help with the unloading and loading of bags onto the buses. There is also a disabled toilet at the car park and the buses are wheelchair friendly.

Good afternoonMyself and my boyfriend are looking to book airport car parking with yourselves from 8 October - 13 October 2015 however we are currently having issues with one of our cars and may have to use a different one on the day. I would like to book this as soon as possible but am aware that we need to provide a car registration number. Would I be able to book car parking with you and change the car registration number when we ascertain which car we will be taking?Kind RegardsRachael McCallumThank you for your message. If you need to make a change then either give us a call on 03444 122 900 and let us know the details or simply just send in an e-mail. In order that we have the time to pass the change of details to the car park we would ask if possible for 24 hours notice, particulary if you are using a car park that operates on number plate recognition.
Do we keep our keys?APH Manchester at Manchester requires you to leave your keys as cars will be block parked. If you wish to take your keys with you, you can try one of the airport car parks, such as Jetparks.
