NO HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS Vehicles larger than 4x4 can be parked but there will be a supplement of £15 (subject to change) payable to the car park on arrival. This includes; minibuses, vans, campervans and ALL commercial vehicles. Motorhomes to be discussed with car park prior to booking. This car park facility was formerly Shentons. It is situated only 2.8 miles from the airport and the transfer takes approximately 8 minutes. The free courtesy bus, drops off and collects from all terminals. Buses run on demand. It is recommended that you arrive at the car park at least 30 minutes before your check in desk opens.Address:

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the shuttle service between the parking and the airport, was prompt and efficient. For these two things I had no complaints whatsoever. However, when we arrived back at the car park on returning home, I found my car waiting for me with the engine running. When I got into my car, I was horrified to see that it had been running for 30 minutes! What a terrible waste of fuel. If they do that for everyone who parks there, imagine the damage done to the environment, let alone the expense of the wasted fuel. It's a shame, because the rest of the service was good.

We arrived at Hunters yard, dropped car and keys off. They gave us a card with 3 numbers to call once we had picked our luggage up after landing. They had us in the Airport within 10 mins of arriving, and picked us up within 10 mins of calling on return journey. Will defo use again

The site looks a bit rough at first sight. Registering and leaving was done basically but efficiently. Transfer came as soon as requested but the site is 10-15 minutes drive from the airport.

It was my first time parking with Hunters and it certainly will not be the last! Process was swift and without complication, as I was actually not travelling till the following morning as I was meeting a friend at a hotel at the airport for the evening before our early flight as she had booked a hotel and parking trip, I decided to park off site as it would be much cheaper. Once I’d dropped my car off, I was very kindly taken to the hotel I was staying at by Hunters. upon my return Hunters actually picked me up quicker than my friend’s hotel pickup! And my car was waiting for me when we arrived, my friend had to trek down the hotel car park to find hers! All in all, great value for money, not too far away from the airport (make sure you read their directions and as my sat nav sent me on a 15minute detour on account of me not reading the notes) and a very friendly, welcoming service! I was comfortable in thinking the car was in safe hands. My only issue is that holiday parking can be a lucrative business taking in to account the time of year I used the parking and the amount of cars using it. Taking this into account some of the parking surfaces require investment. I was parked in what can only be described as a gravel pit. On picking up my car it was completely covered in white dust which had come from the surface. Hope this review is used constructively the way it is intended.

The car park is located Just off the A555 Manchester airport link road on Wilmslow Road, Heald Green, Cheshire. (The address where the cars are stored and NEVER removed off site is 295 Wilmslow Road, Heald Green Cheshire SK8 3NN.)

From the M60
Leave the M60 at Junction 3, signposted Cheadle, Wilmslow, Congleton.
Go through the traffic lights, then take the 2nd left signposted Manchester Airport, Heald Green, B5358.
At the top of the slip road take the third exit, then at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit (Heald Green).
Go straight on at the traffic lights and continue along Wilmslow Road.
Just after a right-hand bend, turn left into Hunters.
From the M56
Leave the M56 at Junction 5 and follow the signs for T1 & T3 until joining the A555 dual carriageway.
Leave A555 at the junction signposted for Heald Green B5358, at the roundabout taking the first exit.
Carry on 0.4 miles turning right immediately after SouthGate Offices into Hunters.
