Booking and parking there were no issues with however trying to amend a booking if you need to change the vehicle was non existent. On the website it tells you what to do to amend a booking but this cannot be done and itÂ’s pointless trying to ring and talk to someone as your phone call wonÂ’t be answered. Would only book again if I was sure that I didnÂ’t have to change my vehicle details

Easiest process of our whole holiday, only thing I could say is you do go round and round finding a spot could be signs to see where is less busy or has spots available. Transfers to the airport were easy more than enough bus stops and the drivers are very nice and helpful.

some of the parking is on stones making it very difficult to pull your suitcases to and from your vehicle.

This is the first time we have used Jetparks. Next time will note down which bus stop we used . It would much better if all the roads were even as pulling a case on loose stones is quite a difficult task. The buses were quick to arrive both journeys to / fro the airport. Will use the park again.

Used Ringway several times and never a problem. I have to say there are two shuttle bus drivers who are absolutely amazing, they help every single passenger on with their bags. I wish I had the names to pass on. Amazing customer service âÂÂï¸Â

NO TOILETS!!! Car park, surface not suitable to pull suitcase,no tarmac, hard to find a space,drove around for 20min,no space.Had to wait till next bus arrived with customers ..to park in their slot. shuttle bus service good!

The parking area was excellent and bus service also excellent. The only issue we had was that it took us nearly an hour on the morning to actually find the car park. We eventually had to go to the other jet 2 hour parking to get the bus driver to take us to the car park by following him which was kind of him. at 3am in the morning, this was extremely stressful as we were being told to go left continuously, by the operator at the 1hr parking, once we got to the roundabout but we should have been told to veer left and carry on to the main lights before turning left.

I have used Jet Parks many times. On this occasion I was disappointed on 2 counts. The gravel parking are made it extremely hard to wheel our case ( and I fear damaged a wheel) and we waited almost 30 minutes for a pick up in rain as the shelter was full.

All good apart from a bit of confusion regarding which car park we were to use - I hadn’t been informed that Styal Rd car park was closed in winter and had an extra 15 minutes driving around different car parking areas until I was informed! I’d still use the service again though!

Directions for JetParks Ringway
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Postcode- Jetparks Ringway: M22 0LQ
Please note, signposts for JetParks Ringway may read JPR
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep right, following signs for T1 and T3.
As you approach the traffic lights get in the left-hand lanes signposted for T3, Wilmslow and Wythenshawe.
At the next set of traffic lights, go straight on past the business park on your left. At the next junction (for T3) keep left, following signs for Wilmslow and Heald Green.
Continue along Ringway Road West. The road will turn into the new Manchester Airport Relief Road. As you approach the traffic lights at the end of the road, keep left, then turn left on Styal Road towards JPR, Shadowmoss Road and Heald Green.
Follow Styal Road for 0.2 miles until you see a petrol station on your left, then turn left immediately after the petrol station onto Ringway Road (signposted JPR).
Follow Ringway Road for 0.4 miles, then turn right onto Shadowmoss Road. The entrance to the JetParks Ringway car park is the first right on Shadowmoss Road.
As you approach the parking entry barrier, our number plate recognition cameras will scan your car's registration and grant you access to the car park. If the barrier fails to raise, please press the help button to call for assistance.
Please be aware that there are currently roadworks at and around the airport, and some road layouts have changed. Please follow airport signage.
Transfer time: 7-9 minutes. Transfer times are a guide only and may vary depending on factors outside of our control, such as traffic.
Mobility scooters are allowed on the transfer buses. Please advise the driver of any assistance you may require with getting the scooter on and off the bus, and they will happy to help.
Always leave plenty of time ahead of your flight departure time.
On return, take the same bus back to the airport, drive to the exit - and the barrier will lift automatically once your vehicle has been recognised.
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Manchester Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £61.40 per day or part thereof (subject to change) - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.

Why is Ringway more expensive than JP3 ?The car parks set their own prices, it could be they do not have much availability left so they put the prices up so people then book the cheaper option - jetpatks 3
