Overview
Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
When you reach the entrance to the car park, please follow the instructions on the digital information screen.What is the pick-up procedure?
On your return please follow signs for Meet & Greet and present your receipt at reception. Your keys will then be returned and you will be directed to your vehicle, which will be located adjacent to the reception area.What security measures does the car park have?

Very quick drop off and pick up. Just a little frustrated that my car always seems to be in the furthest corner of the car park when I return! Very helpful staff and far quicker/ simpler than any other car parking we’ve found.

All would have been perfect if not for the poor experience on our return. We picked up the key from the station at 1am. There was no instruction of where to find our car except some illegible black scrawl on the ticket attached to the key. We spent 30 minutes searching the whole car park in the dark after a 4 hour night flight. Not good.

Directions for Meet & Greet T1
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.- Suitable for terminal 1 departures and arrivals only

Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and get in lane for Terminal 1 (T1).
At the set of traffic lights, go straight ahead for T1. You will pass the 'Hilton Hotel' on your left-hand side.
At the first roundabout, make a right turn and follow signs for T1 Meet & Greet (T1 M&G). After 0.1 mile, turn left into the entrance to T1 Meet & Greet.

Parking Instructions
1. Drive through the sheltered inspection area where our cameras will record the current condition of your car, so you can be sure it'll be returned in the same condition.
2. Pull into the allocated lane and unpack your car.
3. Drop your keys off with one of our trusted team at the Meet & Greet reception, just a short walk from check-in.
4. You will be given a receipt, which you should retain for your return.
On your return, collect your keys from the Meet & Greet collection point inside the Terminal 1 Arrivals hall.
Maximum height 2m (6ft 6in).
Trailers are not permitted.
Parking bays are available for disabled drivers.
All drivers are urged to check travel conditions before setting out on journeys.
The car park has luggage trolleys near the arrival lanes - you'll need £1 to use them.
If you're delayed picking your car up you'll need to pay for the extra parking.
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Manchester Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £61.40 per day or part thereof (subject to change) - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
