Everything o.k. until Tui changed our flight times. Same day just later times but FHR said the change meant they would have to charge us the currant rate for the car park which meant an extra £20+. Have used them in the past but never again. Multi story east is easy and will park there again but not with FHR.

A lot of driving up and down the rd. can be only turn left to do a U turn. Not many Disabled parking spaces. Otherwise car was ok.

car park was accessible and pleasantly reg number was was read upon arrival and access was given - however on way out it wasnt which resulted in delay and poor experinece having to call and explain at the exit gate

Excellent service, stored the quote so the price I was happy with was easily retrieved, car park was easily found with good directions, number recognition on approaching barrier, lighting was very good in the car park, and was in easy walking distance to the car park.

Directions for Multi-storey T2 East
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Multi-storey - Terminal T2 - M90 4ZY *please park on levels B & C only*
Please note due to ongoing construction work around T2, there may be temporary diversions in place. In this instance, please follow the diversion signs for entry to T2 East.
Leave the M56 at Junction 5 and stay in the left-hand lane following signs for Terminal 2. At the first roundabout, take the third exit, signposted Terminal 2.
At the next roundabout, take the second exit into Palma Avenue, signposted for T2 Multi Storey East car park. Stay in the right-hand lane and follow the road past the terminal building. As the road bends left around the Multi Storey, the car park entrance is immediately on your left. *Please park on levels B & C only*
Maximum vehicle height 2.0 metres (6 feet 6 inches)
Entry Instructions:
1. Drive up to the barrier which will recognise your number plate and rise automatically.
2. Enter car park - proceed to the nearest available space on levels B & C only
If the barrier doesn't raise, press the intercom to speak to someone at the car park and quote the car parks long reference. Don't press the green flashing button as this is for customers who've not pre-booked.
Exit instructions:
1. Drive up to the barrier
2. Exit car park
If prompted for over-stay payment use integrated chip and pin device. If you have a query press the intercom button.
All drivers are urged to check travel conditions before setting out on journeys.
Trailers are not permitted
Parking bays are available for disabled drivers in all our car parks.
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Manchester Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £61.40 PER DAY or part thereof (subject to change)
- If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
