What is the drop-off procedure?

Upon arrival, please drive to the drop-off area and proceed to reception with your luggage and car keys. We will park your vehicle in the designated area.. Assistance with your luggage is available if needed. You will then be transferred to the airport via a complimentary shuttle service, which runs 24/7 and takes approximately 10 minutes. The shuttle accommodates up to 8 passengers, making it ideal for families. The car park is a fenced yard with monitored entry for added security. What is the pick-up procedure?

On return, please call the collections number in your booking confirmation and the car park will dispatch the shuttle to collect you at the pick up point.

More Information: - Airport drop-off/pick-up fees (approx. £6.50 each way) not included - Popular with independent travelers and long-stay bookings - Larger vehicles (e.g., vans, minibuses) will incur extra fees - Average shuttle time is 10 minutes - may vary with traffic - Bookings are subject to our terms accepted at time of reservation Late Collection Charges: - If the vehicle is not collected within the booked return time, late collection charges will apply at £20 per day unless agreed otherwise in writing. - For any changes to return times after drop-off, you must inform us directly (not via the booking agent). - Any payments due for extended stays or changes must be settled directly with us upon collection. Additional Charges: - Airport drop-off and pick-up charges (currently £6.50 each way) are not included in your parking fee. These are payable directly at the car park. - Larger vehicles such as transit vans, extra-long wheelbase vehicles, and vehicles with trailers are subject to an additional fee of £35. Important Information: - Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk and covered by the customer's own insurance. - All vehicles are parked in an open-air, fenced compound with monitored access. - Rude, abusive or aggressive behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service and may report incidents.
