Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

When you reach the entrance to the car park follow the instructions on the digital information screen. Once you've parked, unload your luggage and enter the Meet & Greet reception to hand over your keys - the car park only takes your individual car key, so keyrings and other keys won't be accepted. You'll be given a receipt, which you should keep safe for your return.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Turn right out of arrivals. When you get to the taxi rank, cross to the other side of the road, where the multi-storey car parks are. Go straight ahead, past the multi-storey on your left, and you'll see the Meet and Greet reception. Collect your keys and the car park will let you know where your car is parked. Members of the Meet and Greet team will be there to help.

Your booking will be subject to the car park's terms and conditions This booking is Non-refundable, no amendments or cancellations allowed Maximum height 2m (6ft 6in). Trailers are not permitted. Parking bays are available for disabled drivers.

Going out was great - staff helpful and organised Returning at miidnight was not so good - 1) one of the key scanning machines was not working so had to go to arrivals office and get key manually from staff 2) was instructed that my car was parked in Green 52 but the green area finished at 54 and 52 was actually in the Blue section Hence given the cold and wet the experience was not good

Everything with the actual parking and picking up of the car was perfect and went smoothly. However, when dropping our keys off we had to select our return flight from a list on the screen. Our flight wasn't actually on the list so I just had to select another, earlier flight than mine. This left me worried that, if my flight was delayed, in addition to it being a later flight anyway, that I might not get my keys in time to avoid additional charges. As it happens my flight landed within the 6 hours grace period, but it was still a concern nevertheless.

Flew out of T3 where we dropped our car and advised that we were flying back into T1 where we were told our car would be on our return. It wasn’t and we were advised this couldn’t be fine so we had to collect from T3. Very annoying event. Very annoying system if it can’t be done.

Directions for T3 Meet & Greet - P13

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.

Follow signs for P13 – airport signs will not say T3 Meet and Greet.

Only suitable for flights going out from and returning to T3

Directions:
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and get in the lane for Terminal 3.
Follow this road for 0.7 miles, then at the traffic lights turn right into Ringway Road, signposted for Terminal 3 and Car Rental Return.
Follow Ringway Road for 0.5 miles. At the mini-roundabout, turn right into Parade Road. Follow this road for 0.1 miles.
At the roundabout, take the first exit, signposted T2 and T3.
At the following roundabout, take the first exit, signposted P13.
The entrance to T3 Meet and Greet – P13 is straight ahead.

Arrival:

You'll be given a receipt, which you should keep safe for your return. Then follow the footpath to T3, which takes around 5 minutes.

Return: Turn right out of arrivals. When you get to the taxi rank, cross to the other side of the road, where the multi-storey car parks are. Go straight ahead, past the multi-storey on your left, and you'll see the Meet and Greet reception.

Collect your keys and the car park will let you know where your car is parked. Members of the Meet and Greet team will be there to help.

At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Manchester Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £61.40 per day or part thereof (subject to change) - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
