Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Its important you call us when you are 10-15 minutes away from the airport, to advise us your impending arrival at the airport. All customers will need to pay the chauffeur £5.00 (subject to change) on arrival to cover the exit fee from the terminal in their vehicle. Due to airport regulations, we are unable to return vehicles classified as "over-height" to any location other than the designated drop-off area for restricted heights. This area is classified as a drop-off zone by the airport, with a maximum stay of 10 minutes allowed at a cost of £6.00. If the vehicle remains in this zone for more than 10 minutes, a fee of £25.00 will apply.What is the pick-up procedure?
On return to Manchester, please only call the vehicle collection number once you have all your luggage and the driver will advise where to meet. For T1 and T3 - you pay the return exit fee at the pay machine prior to exit, a token is required for T3. For T2 - as this is now barrier-less the exit fee is to be payable online upto 24 hours after you return at https://pay.manchesterairport.co.uk/What security measures does the car park have?

It was a very efficient service. I was met at the terminal and my car was taken away and returned to me within 5 minutes of ringing them on my return. My only negative comment is that you have to pay £4 to the driver on arrival and then pay another £4.50 on your return. I have never had to do this before and it makes it more expensive than the quote.

Apart from the fact that we got there and were told we had not paid (had paid weeks before when doing original booking), the driver was extremely helpful and promised to sort it out. He was the driver who returned the car to us and true to his word, had sorted it out. Many thanks to him for being so helpful.

Although we had no problems much preferred old system parking at hotel and using shuttle bus. Drivers were polite and helpful but collection on return was not as convenient as actual collection point was very busy and stressful due to short time and knowledge of high charges imposed by airport if not clear in time, not easy when everyone milling around at collection area. Would probably try to find another way of parking, not so much a reflection on FHR as airport making things stressful by finding another way of making money out of travelling public.

Have not used the service for a while, this was a poor experience compared to multiple previous uses. Same drop off point but now need an extra £4 cash to pay the airport. Not the fault of the parking company though and clearly communicated but highly annoying. However collection was awful. Partly airport issues- no longer allowed to collect at drop off; construction works mean a longish walk to the collection point. Driver was quite abrupt with me when I apparently ignored him as he was waiting with my car, "A blue citroen". No! My (husband's) car is a blue scenic... not what we needed after a late 4 hour flight. A bit later we got the right car but it is stressful being on a short time limit to leave. Exit fee was £4.50 not £4 as advised. Barrier card payment wasn't working (again not the parking company's fault). Car park company - you need to find a better way to do this without any of the airport car park stresses and additional costs. The point of using your service was convenience and this time things were rather inconvenient! If things don't change then the service is of no benefit to us.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, compared to the instructions for meet and greet parking at Heathrow, yours were dire. We had to phone when we were 15 minutes away to receive verbal instructions on where to park. It was midnight, the first time we had ever used Manchester airport and the very nice man had a very heavy Mancunian accent!!!!! Why can't you give written instructions for when approaching from the north, south, east and west like they do for Heathrow? Likewise on our return Greggs bakery was the focal point and as we had used the toilets we couldn't see the shop, again it was midnight so very tired!! Otherwise we were pleased and would use you again.

Your price increases have made you less competitive and the extra cost of drop off at Manchester,, which I know you do not control, persuade me to use the train in future. The rep who we dealt with was helpful but could present a smarter and professional image of your organisation. We have used your meet and greet for some years but no more I'm afraid.

There is a fee to enter and leave the airport - entry (drop) is £5.00 and exit (return) is £6.20 (£11.20 in total, subject to change)All customers will need to pay the chauffeur £5.00 (cash only) on arrival to cover the exit fee from the terminal in their vehicle.
On return, you will be met by the chauffeur and taken to your vehicle.
For T1 and T3 - you pay the return exit fee at the pay machine prior to exit, a token is required for T3.

Its imperative the correct information is provided at the time of booking to avoid any additional charges from the airport.
Important Information:
There is an additional charge of £10 (subject to change) for oversize vehicles that do not fit into a standard parking bay. This charge applies to the following types of vehicles:
Minibuses, Vans, All commercial vehicles, Campervans
Please note that this fee is payable upon departure to the driver.

On Arrival
Its important you contact us on the number on your confirmation 94 when you are 20 minutes away from the airport, to advise us your impending arrival at the airport. The airport will issue a £25.00 fine (subject to change) if you are over 10 minutes in the drop off bays.
Your chauffeur will be wearing a uniform of Black and Orange.
On Return:
On return to Manchester, please only call the vehicle collection number the number on your confirmation 94 once you have collected all your luggage and the driver will advise where to meet.
***Exit fee to be paid by to the customer
***Any over stay charges issued by the airport at £25.00 (subject to change) will passed to the customer.
Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at the car parks daily rate.
Early Returns: If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone VIP Parking ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. There is no refund for unused days.
Please note: The time you have booked on your booking confirmation, is the time the chauffeur will be expecting you to arrive at the airport. if you are going to be late or early, please call VIP and let them know.
Please note: All vehicles being dropped off at Terminal 2 on arrival back to the UK, will be charged a £6.20, subject to change, vehicle exit fee by Manchester Airport which Manchester VIP will not be liable for.
CAR PARKS TERMS: The total mileage should be no more than 30 from airport to car park to airport. This is subject to motorway closures or diversions which could add more miles. The Company reserves the right to move the vehicle within the car park by driving to such extent as The Company may, in its discretion, think necessary to avoid obstruction or the more efficient arrangement of its car park.
