On Arrival: Take a ticket at the entry barrier, which will lift to let you through. Then, drive in, park your car in a space and walk over to the terminal. It's a short 5-7 min walk. Make sure you keep your ticket somewhere safe, as you'll need it when you come back.What is the pick-up procedure?

Before departure changed my existing car. Contacted with new reg and car make. Picked up confirmation that new car & reg was amended. Car was allowed into car park but on return from trip the barrier would not open even though ticket put in. In heavy rain did not enjoy having to get out of car to speak with office to look up details. First time this has happened as have changed cars before during booking. Spoiled our experience of this car park.

Poor signage on road surface to exit. Vehicle recognition did not print my registration correctly , it missed out a digit on my ticket.I have my paperwork which has the correct Reg on. I was asked for £122 +. Staff eventually found my booking app and I was clear to go.

- The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.- Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
- Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long-term car park.
If you're using a sat nav, the postcode is NE13 8BZ.

Make sure you don't insert a credit or debit card into the barrier at any time or you may be charged for your parking again.

There are extra-wide spaces for disabled customers in Zone N.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.
