Airport parking at Newcastle has become much more expensive over the last couple of years so any discount helps. choice is now limited, we used to use Callerton Parking but this seems no longer available. By using FHR we got premium long stay slightly cheaper than standard long stay, so saved a few pounds and had a shorter walk, also easier to find a space.

Directions for Premium Long Stay (H)
Drive to the car park - driving directions and a postcode for your satnav will be on your booking confirmation.Take a ticket at the barrier, then follow signs to the Premium Long Stay area. Park in any space and keep your keys.
From there, it's a short walk to the terminal, around 3-5 mins.
On your return, walk back to the car park and collect your car. Drive to the barrier, insert your ticket and drive home.
There are Blue Badge parking bays in the car park - just display your badge while you're away. These spaces work on a first come, first served basis.
Early or late? If you are late, you may be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or vans) will be accepted at the car park as long as they have less than 8 seats and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
For any pre-booked vehicles parked in the wrong car park there will be an additional charge of £12.00 per day.
