What is the drop-off procedure?

Arrive at least 15 minutes before you want to get to the airport. As you arrive, a welcome attendant will greet you at the gate and guide you to your space. Please print out your reservation confirmation and present it on your dashboard. The shuttle service will pick you up from your car, and the driver can assist with your luggage.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Upon arriving at MCO Airport, meet your shuttle driver at the designated spot. Your email booking confirmation will detail the pick-up location, and the customer service team is on hand for further assistance. The shuttle will drop you directly to your car, and you can pay as you leave.
