What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive up to the barrier and enter your PIN code into the touch pad. If you do not have your PIN code for any reason, press the buzzer. Take a ticket, which you will need on return so keep it safe. The barrier will lift, drive through and find a space. Park up, keep your keys, walk to the terminal.

What is the pick-up procedure?

On return, drive up to the exit barrier and insert your ticket that you took on entry. The barriers should lift leaving you free to exit. If there are any issues, press the buzzer.

What security measures does the car park have?

CCTV, Double barrier system, onsite security, flood lighting.

What else do I need to know?

You will be sent a PIN code by email once you have completed your booking. Make sure you bring this with you on the day of travel, it is required to get into the car park. You can arrive up to maximum 5 hours before the time you booked on the date you booked. Car park is available 24/7, service desk opening hours from 6am to 11pm. There are 23 disabled spaces close to the terminal. Cancellations must be with minimum 48 hours notice to receive a refund.
