What is the drop-off procedure?

Upon arrival, park in the drop-off area and proceed to reception. Friendly car park staff will check you in. Please provide your car keys and any immobilizers to ensure a smooth valet service. The shuttle bus will transfer you to the airport, with drop-off available for domestic terminals only. Note that there is no child safety seating in the shuttle vans and wheelchair customers should be dropped off at the terminal first.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you've collected your luggage, simply call the car park's phone hotline, which is listed in your booking confirmation. Provide your details and let them know you're ready for pickup. The bus will take you back to the car park reception, where you can retrieve your car keys and depart safely.

What security measures does the car park have?

The parking is a gated and secure. The parking facility is monitored by CCTV cameras 24 / 7 supported by security patrols.

What else do I need to know?

Baby capsule and toddler booster seats are available if required and need to be requested at least one day prior.

- Arrival Procedures
On arrival, please park up in the drop off area then proceed to reception. You will be checked in by the friendly car park staff. Please ensure you provide your keys so your car can be valet parked in our secure parking areas then the shuttle bus will transport you to the domestic airport. Staff will help with your luggage if needed.

-Return Procedures
Once you have collected your luggage, you simply call the car park phone hotline and the shuttle bus will dispatched to collect you. The number to call will be contained within your booking confirmation.

For timing best you know the time your airline requires you at the domestic terminal for check in. Allow enough time to arrive here, provide us your car keys for secure valet parking of your vehicle then transfer you to the domestic terminal along with others plus luggage onto our free shuttle bus.
Once we are driving, you will be at the terminal within minutes. To allow for comfortable timing and experience, arrive to the car park at least 20 minutes before you need to be at the actual terminal.

From the City/West
Drive in an easterly direction along Great Eastern Hwy then 1.5kms past Tonkin Hwy turn right at the traffic lights into Fauntleroy Ave then turn at the first right into Redcliffe Road. The car park is approx 250 metres along.

From the South
Drive along Canning Hwy onto Great Eastern Hwy then proceed 1.5kms past Tonkin Hwy and turn right at the traffic lights into Fauntleroy Ave then first right into Redcliffe Road. The car park is approx 250 metres along.

From the North
Drive along Tonkin Hwy turn left onto Great Eastern Hwy then travel 1.5kms past Tonkin Hwy and turn right at the traffic lights into Fauntleroy Ave then turn right into Redcliffe Road. The car park is approx 250 metres along.
