Upon arrival at Skypark Valet Parking Outdoor, please park your vehicle in the designated drop-off area. From there, proceed to the reception desk, where the friendly and welcoming staff will be waiting to assist you. They will quickly check you in and ensure that all necessary details are recorded. This process typically takes around 3-4 minutes, ensuring that you can get to your terminal quickly and efficiently. The free shuttle buses are equipped with comfortable seating and are available 24/7.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage, simply call the car park's phone hotline, which is listed in your booking confirmation. Please provide your booking reference number and any additional details requested by the staff to ensure a smooth pickup process. The shuttle bus will arrive at the designated pickup point, and from there, you will be transported back to Skypark Valet Parking Outdoor, where your vehicle will be waiting for you.

What security measures does the car park have?

The parking is a gated and secure. The parking facility is monitored by CCTV cameras 24 / 7 supported by security patrols.

Baby capsule and toddler booster seats are available if required and need to be requested at least one day prior.

Directions for SkyPark Valet Parking Outdoor

- Arrival procedure
On arrival, please park up in the drop off area then proceed to reception. You will be checked in by the friendly car park staff. Please ensure you provide your keys so your car can be valet parked in our secure parking areas then the shuttle bus will transport you to the airport. Staff will help with your luggage if needed.
For timing best you know the time your airline requires you at the domestic terminal for check in. Allow enough time to arrive here, provide us your car keys for secure valet parking of your vehicle then transfer you to the domestic terminal along with others plus luggage onto our free shuttle bus.
The shuttle bus transfer to the terminals is 5 mins for domestic and 15 mins for international. To allow for comfortable timing and experience, arrive to the car park at least 20 mins before you need to be at the domestic terminal and 30 mins for international.

- Return procedure
Once you have collected your luggage, you simply call the car park phone hotline and the shuttle bus will dispatched to collect you. The number to call will be contained within your booking confirmation.
