What is the drop-off procedure?

Simply drive to the lot designated on your reservation confirmation (currently Lot A, B, C or G) and pull under the covered drop off area. You will be greeted by a friendly valet, who will assist with your luggage and then help you to the shuttle. Leave your keys in the ignition, take your ticket, and hop onto one of the yellow courtesy vans.

This lot is unable to accept any full-sized trucks, motorcycles, motorhomes, hitch mount bike racks, or trailers.Be sure to use the manned checkout line and present your PRINTED RESERVATION RECEIPT to the cashier. Credit cannot be given for your reservation if you do not present voucher to cashier.
