It would have been good to know exactly what to do on arrival at the long stay; both when we dropped off the car, and when we returned. It was extremely easy, but it would have been nice not to be concerned as to whether we needed to input information at the barrier or in the payment machines when we left the car park. In fact we needed to do nothing, which was great, but it would have been good to know that in advance! A very good service, thank you!

Used this car park for parking while on a cruise. Was only 40 mins on public bus costing £2 per person to cruise terminal or £20 and 20 mins by taxi. A lot cheaper than cruise terminal parking.

I would recommend, but had a problem exiting the car park. Put ticket in machine at barrier and it wanted the daily rate of about £250. Backed up and tried a different machine, same result so pressed the help button. A member of staff came fairly quickly, told me to go back to the barrier and press help button there. Gave my name and the barrier was opened. Had I done something wrong? Another car park user said I was in wrong long stay car park but I had obviously missed that on the way in Peter Honeysett

Leave the M27 at junction 5 and take the A335, following signs for the airport. Follow signs for the Short Stay car park

On Arrival
When you arrive at the car park your car registration will be read and recognised automatically. The barrier will lift and youÂ’ll be given a ticket - make sure you keep it safe as youÂ’ll need it when you return.

On Return
Follow signs when you leave the terminal for the Short Stay car park.
On your way out, put your ticket into the exit barrier and wait for it to lift.
