What is the drop-off procedure?

Please give Purple Parking a call fifteen minutes before your arrival using the number provided on your booking confirmation. A driver will be dispatched to meet you. Upon arrival at the terminal, head to the Short Stay car park and hand your keys over to your driver. They will then whisk your car away for parking while you proceed to the terminal. Once you have handed over your vehicle to the driver at the Short Stay car park, simply take a short stroll to the check-in desks.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Upon your return to Southend Airport, please contact Purple Parking using the same number you used upon your arrival. A driver will be dispatched to meet you with your car. You can then simply walk back to the same location where you were initially met to collect your vehicle.

What security measures does the car park have?

Well-secured car park with CCTV, Barrier Entry and Fencing.

What else do I need to know?

This parking service is available from 3:30 am onwards. You have a ten-minute grace period to exit the car park before charges apply, so ensure you are ready to leave when you call. We offer no wait guarantee packages: if you are made to wait longer than ten minutes at either your arrival or return, you will receive a 50% refund. If the wait exceeds ten minutes at both ends, you will receive a 100% refund.Some packages are non-refundable and non-amendable; please check the details before booking.
