When you arrive at SACP, a member of our staff will process the necessary paperwork and then help you with your luggage onto the mini-bus. In no time at all you will be at the terminal. Our mini-buses run 24 hours per day and operate regularly.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have your luggage, please make your way to the short say car park where you will see our mini-bus.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be going to a secure gated CCTV operated car park.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

No size restrictions, but a charge of 1.5 times normal price for extra large vehicles/ long wheel base vehicles. Only closed on Xmas Day as there are no flights. You will need to leave your keys at this car park.

First time we've used Southend and first time we've used SACP. John the driver that took us to the airport and also picked us up 7 days later was great, he had lots of information about the airport and made everything clear. When we returned we rang once we got through customs and by the time we got to the pick up point John was waiting. When we got to the car park my car was waiting at the front pointing towards the exit. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the car park is mud and gravel and due to all of the recent rain the wheels of the case got caked in mud that we ended up being transferred all the way to our hotel.

good service. Fast journey into airport on departure. Slight delay on return as member of staff off sick so chap had to do 2 meet and greet cars before us. But all was well . He was very pleasant and apologised. Conveniently near airport and would use again. Easy to find and directions good.

Very efficient and helpful parking service, quick to transfer and collect, would use again. Distance from airport means transfer takes a few minutes longer than expected but made up for in prompt and friendly service.

Brilliant service, helpful and polite. Explained I would not need the car the evening I flew into Southend as was staying at the Holiday Inn overnight. Rang the next morning and was picked up at the hotel to be taken to my car. Great service would use them again.

Very friendly welcome and very efficient and expedient transfer - replicated by pick up arrangements - landed at 16:40 and pulled out of car park at 17:20. Only negative was the signage to the car park which was not as clear as it should have been.

Only negative comment would be the signage to where you are located as it took a few minutes to figure it out as the signs were not clear enough, maybe bigger signs with bright colours. Great service though, very helpful and pleasant, courteous service by the transfer/reception driver on arrival at car park and pick up at airport on our return. Very prompt service. Would definitely use again. Thanks.

Possibly the best airport parking overall experience anywhere in the world: great value for money, excellent and personalised, friendly service. Not the best facilities but an all round excellent service. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone traveling via Southend Airport.

Directions for SACP Car Park

For directions for Sunday 5th April 2020 to Monday 25th May 2020 ONLY please see the bottom of these directions

When you arrive at SACP you will need to leave your keys at reception, then you will take the transfer bus to the airport which will drop you off and pick you up in the Short Stay Car Park, 2 minutes walk from the terminal.

DIRECTIONS
Join the M25 Motorway and head for Dartford Crossing.
Leave the M25 at junction 29 for the A127 towards Southend/Basildon.
Stay on the A127 for approx 18 miles
At the Tesco's roundabout - go straight over (3rd exit) towards Southend (Princes Ave)
At the next roundabout - turn left into Manners Way
At the next roundabout - turn right (4th exit) into Southend Road
At the next roundabout - turn right into Sutton Road
At the next roundabout - turn left into Purdeys Way
Take the 2nd road on the right into Rochehall Way
Take the 1st road on the left into Millhead Way
Drive all the way to the end of the road and turn left where you will see the entrance to SACP Car Park.
There will be signs at the entrance of the Car Park so please follow these signs and one of our car park attendants will be there to greet you on your arrival.


If you are having trouble finding us then please call our number the number on your confirmation 24 hours a day and we will be happy to assist you.
In the unfortunate event of delays on your journey, we would appreciate a quick phone call.

Arrival at SACP
When you arrive at SACP, a member of our staff will process the necessary paperwork and then help you with your luggage onto the mini-bus. In no time at all you will be at the terminal. Our mini-buses run from 04.00 daily and depart every 10-15 min. The bus will still run for returns that land after midnight.

Returning from your Trip
Once you have your luggage and you are ready to leave the terminal building please call us on the number on your confirmation . Please do not phone us until you are leaving the terminal building as each pick-up bus is only allowed 5 minutes to pick passengers up. The transfer bus will drop you off and pick you up in the Short Stay Car Park at the airport. Calling us before you are ready to leave the terminal may result in you waiting longer for the pick-up bus to be allowed back in to pick you up.

Getting to SACP Car Park couldn't be easier if you follow these simple directions.
There are road closures in place near Southend Airport on route to our car park. As long as you follow the below directions and/or the diversion's in place, it won't take you any longer to arrive at our car park.
The bus transfer service is unaffected.
Please follow the diversion signs in place. Make sure you are following the diversion signs for "Cars & Light Vehicles". DO NOT follow the "HGV & Other Traffic" diversion.
Join the M25 Motorway and head for Dartford Crossing
Leave the M25 at junction 29 for the A127 towards Southend/Basildon

FOLLOW DIVERSIONS FOR "CARS & LIGHT VEHICLES ONLY" - DO NOT rely on SAT NAV directions as this will take you past the diversion route and you will then become caught in the roadwork traffic. Please make sure you turn RIGHT into "KING HENRY'S DRIVE" as below.
Take the 4th Road on the right into King Henrys Drive
Follow the road to the end and turn left into Sutton Court Drive
Follow the road to the end and turn right into Sutton Road
DIVERSION ENDS
At the next roundabout - turn left into Purdeys Way
Take the 2nd road on the right into Rochehall Way (turning just before RollerCity, which is on the corner)
Take the 1st road on the left into Millhead Way
Drive all the way to the end of the road and turn left where you will see the entrance to our Car Park.
There will be signs at the entrance of the Car Park so please follow these signs.

Hi there,could you give us some information?1) is the minibus will be available 24 hours?2) Once we arrive at your car park; - After we lock the car, do we have to go to the standby minibus which is ready to take us to the airport (from your booking system, you know that we will arrive and need to be dropped to the airport). ?
