What is the drop-off procedure?

Upon arrival at the car park: Park in an arrivals lane, keeping your keys. Check in at the reception desk. Board the shuttle bus to the airport; it's included in the price, runs every 10-15 minutes, and takes approximately 5 minutes to reach the terminal. Please contact us before booking to request one of our three accessible parking spaces.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Upon your return: Exit the arrivals area and proceed to the Short Stay car park, located opposite the terminal building. Wait in the designated area with the luggage trolleys in the Short Stay car park. Contact the car park office for assistance.

What security measures does the car park have?

The car park, holding the Park Mark award, is secured by CCTV surveillance, fencing, and 24-hour staff presence.

What else do I need to know?

Please contact us before booking to request one of our three accessible parking spaces. Please note that our shuttle bus is not wheelchair accessible. We recommend considering a meet and greet package instead, as shuttle bus service is not necessary. Our buses run regularly, every 10-15 minutes, from 4 am until the last flight has landed (usually around 12:30 am). The journey to the terminal takes just 5 minutes, and the return journey is included in the price.
