Good service from the Bubble team - you do need to leave your keys with them as they move your car to another secure location. This is not mentioned in the "overview" on the FHR website but does on Bubble's own.

Very smooth drop off at 4 am and only a few minutes in the minibus to the terminal. Collection was quick - would have appreciated instructions how to exit the parking but overall very good.

It was easy and convenient. I would have said fantastic service if I had some assistance putting air in my tyre as it was flat by the time I picked the car up. I was told they can’t help me with pumping air in to my tyre as they are too busy to get the machine out of the store room or something. I had to drive with a flat tyre to Esso as PBs machine was out of order

We found staff were helpful and efficient. We were taken to and picked up from the terminal at Stanstead quickly and with very little waiting time. We would certainly book with Bubble and Ride again should we be flying from Stanstead.

Given my disability an excellent drop off collect service, I just wished return driver had let me know there was a flat tyre though on the rim before I drove off as this could have been dangerous

This product cannot be cancelled or amended.The car park is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.
Outbound instructions
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. Our car park is located next to Holiday Inn, just opposite MacDonald's and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions (emergency number the number on your confirmation )
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur. Can I park my van instead of car and is it any extra? Most likely for November Friday 13th As long as the van fits into a standard supermarket parking space the car park would accept it. No long wheel based vans are permitted.
