Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the airport.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area unless otherwise advised and delivered back to you there.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. £7.00 (subject to change) Airport Fee is payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR.

What security measures does the car park have?

Cars are stored in Park Mark awarded car parks. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

With 30 years experience of running meet and greet at Gatwick, have your car collected and delivered at the terminal by the I Love Meet & Greet team. No height restrictions A fee of £7 has been included in the cost of your booking to cover airport forecourt access fees on arrival and £7.00 (subject to change) will be payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR. Your car is unable to be on the forecourt for more than 15 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car on return and exit the forecourt within the 15 minute period otherwise you will incur a £25 charge (subject to change) (EMERGENCY No. 07972541638) We do not accept licenced taxis both private hire or hackney carriages.

Always use M&G now. drive up to the drop off and providing you have rung 10 mins away you can unload and hand the car over. The same when you have cleared baggage just ring and within mins you will be on the way home.

Excellent and prompt service. The drivers collecting and delivering were so courteous and helpful. Hardly waited any time for their arrival. Highly recommended to anyone planning to use Stansted for a short trip of 4-5 days as I did and to save the double expense of a taxi-fare each way.

Very good service. Quick and efficient. The only downside was when we returned to stanstead it was snowing and they hadn't cleared all the windows, including the back. We had to do this before leaving car park, and you only have 10 minutes at the drop off point.

Helpful, efficient service. One worry if for any reason there is a delay to access the ramp and the car overstays the ten minute time allowed the customer is liable for the £50 charge. Otherwise a great facility.

Good service from Love Meet and greet at Stanstead. Drop off is at zone C right outside the terminal. We used the official Meet and greet before and that is based in the short stay car park which is a much longer walk. Short wait on return. All good.

I would highly recommend this company when choosing a car parking option at Stansted. They arrived promptly when we arrived to take the key from me, and the gentleman even asked me to read the mileage out to him to write on my receipt, which I know is one of the gripes with people using meet and great. On our return, another very, very short wait before the car arrived back. I asked the driver what the mileage was and it was less than three miles more. He explained that none of the cars ever go outside the airport perimeter, with the furthest being the long stay car park. Both people who picked my car up and dropped it back were very pleasant, which can't be said for other companies I've used. I'll definitely be using this firm again in future. Phil, Southend-On-Sea.

Outbound meet instructions:

Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.

Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.

If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to)- Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.
If you experience difficulties with our main contact number please use the Emergency number the number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.


Return instructions:

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees
