Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the airport.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area unless otherwise advised and delivered back to you there.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. £7.00 (subject to change) Airport Fee is payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR.

What security measures does the car park have?

Cars are stored in Park Mark awarded car parks. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

With 30 years experience of running meet and greet at Gatwick, have your car collected and delivered at the terminal by the I Love Meet & Greet team. No height restrictions A fee of £7 has been included in the cost of your booking to cover airport forecourt access fees on arrival and £7.00 (subject to change) will be payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR. Your car is unable to be on the forecourt for more than 15 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car on return and exit the forecourt within the 15 minute period otherwise you will incur a £25 charge (subject to change) (EMERGENCY No. 07972541638) We do not accept licenced taxis both private hire or hackney carriages.

I have to commend your service, everything went according to plan both with your collection on departure and then again with us picking up the car on arrival. I was particularly impressed by how quickly someone answers the phone compared with other meet and greet companies where I have been kept waiting for ages.

The team was punctual and no concerns in regards to that. My rating is 3 stars because on both ways there was a time pressure element. I understand that stansted airport gives you 10 minutes to park in the drop off area, and then charge you 50£, but this should be the company problem and not mine. I shouldn't feel the time pressure and being told that I can't go where I should until certain time( we arrived a bit earlier, but we had 90 miles to travel so we left plent of time for any eventualities). The same proble was on return, although I called back in few minutes later after the initial, when I asked for the car, I still felt massive stress and time pressure. Although I haven't paid the 50£ charge, I was told to call airport parking assistance to explain why I was late to leave( more than 10 minutes) in other words and early arrival or late check out ( more than 10 minutes!!) is your problem and not the meet and greet problem, a company which I paid £85 to park for 5 days!!!!

Very easy and quick service and we did have to amend the booking and were very helpful. Would certainly recommend and with three children it was cheaper than the standard parking service once we added in the shuttle fee [£2 per head]

All went to plan easy to follow instructions we had to wait 15mins (not the end of the world) on our return to get our car back but it was a very busy time. Took longer to get through passport control!

Spot on service - clear directions, prompt pick up and delivery at the most convenient location on the airport. Way better than other Meet and Greet/Valet Parking that we have used at Stansted where the return collection in no way qualifies as a Meet and Greet service.

Parking was easy to book and was cheaper than others I looked at. The process of dropping my car off at departures was easy and relatively quick. Not too long to wait at arrivals, and £3 exit fee was given to me in change as part of the price, which is really helpful. Staff were very friendly and polite. Have lost a star simply because mileage seemed quite high when my car was returned, and the car was filthy. I understand that this is beyond FHR control, and not sure how far away their storage compound is. I would recommend FHR and would consider using them in the future. Meet and greet is a great way to park especially if you are travelling with children.

Outbound meet instructions:

Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.

Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.

If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to)- Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.
If you experience difficulties with our main contact number please use the Emergency number the number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.


Return instructions:

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees
