Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the airport.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area unless otherwise advised and delivered back to you there.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. £7.00 (subject to change) Airport Fee is payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR.

What security measures does the car park have?

Cars are stored in Park Mark awarded car parks. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

With 30 years experience of running meet and greet at Gatwick, have your car collected and delivered at the terminal by the I Love Meet & Greet team. No height restrictions A fee of £7 has been included in the cost of your booking to cover airport forecourt access fees on arrival and £7.00 (subject to change) will be payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR. Your car is unable to be on the forecourt for more than 15 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car on return and exit the forecourt within the 15 minute period otherwise you will incur a £25 charge (subject to change) (EMERGENCY No. 07972541638) We do not accept licenced taxis both private hire or hackney carriages.

We were kept waiting on both the outward and return journeys, there were Meet and Greet representatives there who were very busy but we felt the least they could have done was to speak to us and explain that they would be with us as soon as possible. I have used this service many times before but will be reluctant to book again.

Drop off and pick up was good, but i was told on return that my battery was flat and car had to be jump started. Considering that I had just driven for 90 mins when car was dropped off and have had no trouble with battery previous to this i think one of your drivers must have left the internal lights on. This has caused me no end of troubles with warning lights. Perhaps you should tell your drivers to check interior lights before leaving the car

Whilst I would recommend and use again as easy and efficient my car is a company vehicle and has car tracking and ratings for each journey...it gained 0% from drop off to their car park!!!!! Now admittedly I have had some very low scores as enjoy flinging the car around corners but not what I’d expect from a professional company!

Very convenient service. Although we had to wait 15-25 mins for a driver to collect my car and return it (slightly longer than usual), I think this is still the quickest and most convenient method of airport parking. Will use FHR again.

Outbound meet instructions:

Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.

Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.

If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to)- Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.
If you experience difficulties with our main contact number please use the Emergency number the number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.


Return instructions:

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees
