Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Please call the number on your voucher when you are 10 minutes from the airport.Your car will be collected from the forecourt outside the terminal in Zone C of the Express set Down area unless otherwise advised and delivered back to you there.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation Option 1 to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. £7.00 (subject to change) Airport Fee is payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR.

What security measures does the car park have?

Cars are stored in Park Mark awarded car parks. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

With 30 years experience of running meet and greet at Gatwick, have your car collected and delivered at the terminal by the I Love Meet & Greet team. No height restrictions A fee of £7 has been included in the cost of your booking to cover airport forecourt access fees on arrival and £7.00 (subject to change) will be payable by you ONLINE on your return by 23:59 the day after your return https://pay.stanstedairport.com/latepaysearch/vrnsearch due to the airport now operating a barrierless system and using ANPR. Your car is unable to be on the forecourt for more than 15 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car on return and exit the forecourt within the 15 minute period otherwise you will incur a £25 charge (subject to change) (EMERGENCY No. 07972541638) We do not accept licenced taxis both private hire or hackney carriages.

Not very impressed with the pick up staff, stood right down the end of the parking area talking to his mates instead of looking out for my car, had to park and walk all the way with my luggage (75m) to where he was standing to get his attention. Maybe he didn’t like the fact that I was unhappy about this, but it showed a lack of professionalism on his part to not be looking out for my car. Return service however was excellent, helpful phone response and prompt return.

All went smoothly with the car being collected as soon as we arrived and upon our return the car arrived at the terminal within 5 minutes of us phoning to say we were back. The Meet and greet drivers were efficient and pleasant. There is nothing more to say as it all went like clockwork. Well done Meet and Greet and thanks.

Excellent service on the outward journey but we had a 25minute wait for the car to arrive on the return journey. As it was a pleasant evening it was bearable but had it been raining this would have been unacceptable. The last thing we needed was to be waiting around an airport forecourt after an already late flight.

Great service and good offer. One thing that I was not expecting was that the driver who dropped my car off gave me 10p less then i should put in the exit machine in Stansted. I had no change after being abroad so i was a bit stuck. Only happened once and i think it was just a genuine mistake. It happened at 1:30AM...

The driver was there when we arrived at the airport and it was all very quick and efficient . On our return we had to wait 20 minutes for the driver to come with our car, which was longer than expected . The car was fine and it was lovely to be able to drive straight off. We would book again.

I thought I was booking the official Stansted meet and greet so went in to that section, and then had a lot of hassle and stress when I discovered I didn't have the FHR booking confirmation on my phone and their main office number was closed (early hours of the morning). We did manage to find the right place and see an 'I Love' driver who had to drive back to pick up the Meet and Greet partner to come and take our car. Thankfully he was back within 10 minutes and the guy was then very helpful and we caught our flight, but I will stick with the official one in future as it is much easier at Stansted.

first time we have used a meet and greet service so were slightly anxious even though you had been recommended by a friend.Everything went exactly as promised.We were very impressed by the speedy return of our vehicle as it was very cold on our return.It finished our trip very nicely and we felt very pleased to set off for home with such ease.

Your car is unable to be on the forecourt for more than 15 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car on return and exit the forecourt within the 15 minute period otherwise you will incur a £25 charge (subject to change) (EMERGENCY No. the number on your confirmation )


Outbound meet instructions:

Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.

Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.

If there are issues with the forecourt you may be told when you call to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (do not go here unless you are told to)- Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, sign posted orange short stay car park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.
If you experience difficulties with our main contact number please use the Emergency number the number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.


Return instructions:

Please remain on the same level as departures.

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park - When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park, This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees
